Called this office as a referral from our regular dentist. I had called to other previous offices to find someone that took our primary dental and our secondary dental(through the state). Got confirmation that they took both and set up the appointments. I called back a month later for some information, and again confirmed all dental coverage was accepted. I called back to reschedule the appointment due to a change in our secondary dental plan, and CONFIRMED for a third time that all the insurances were accepted. Unfortunately the last call I did not confirm dental insurances, but they were able to see my boys sooner. I took the day off of work, drove over an hour away... to get there and be told that they don't take state insurance. Not just that... they NEVER accepted state insurance. Although frustrating, I asked if they do payment plans... since we are on state insurance, it's obvious that we don't have cash on hand. I was told absolutely not. With gas prices the way they are right now, I'm out that money. I hope they treat other patients better and give the proper information to the patients.

Kids went here when younger. They have some nice practices to keep the kids interested in dental care, but ultimately we ran into some issues with their billing and quality of work. Specifically on the work one kid had a couple fillings loosen fortunately so did the baby teeth they were in, and older kid had sealant applied and had bad cavity form under the sealant. I can only assume the dentist missed an existing small cavity. In the end had to take them both to another dentist.

After having an awful experience at another dentist for my 5 year old I was told about Dr Morrow. She showed nothing but compassion for my emotional scared child. Not only was she amazing her staff was also just as great. Explained every step of what was going on and never seemed annoyed of how scared my child was about everything. The Dr even came to take my daughter back for her fillings and not her staff. I thought this was up and beyond what I expected of her job. I will definitely be back in the future and will highly recommend this office.

My kids went here for years. Nice people, but three of the four fillings Dr. Morrow did on one of our children are cracked and all but missing a few years later. Kind of strange. Other than that we loved going there.

This practice is a public health emergency!! This office told my co-worker that breast milk was the cause of her son's tooth decay. Thankfully my co-worker is educated and trained in the benefits of nursing. What is alarming is the misinformation that this office will provide other mothers who have no choice but to listen to their provider. Keep your day job, Melissa. I advise that you become a certified lactation consultant before you try to inform patients about breastfeeding. Otherwise, your opinion isn't welcome where facts are needed.

My entire family (I, my wife, and my three sons) have been using Dr. Don and Dr. Melissa for the last 15 years. We actually switched dentists when the boys were young, because of Dr. Melissa's superior approach to dealing with young children. During the decade and a half that we have used them, we have never received anything other than SUPERLATIVE service. What I (personally) ESPECIALLY appreciate - and what is a tell-tale indicator of INTEGRITY - is when a service provider (of any type) gives advice that cuts AGAINST their own financial interests. Dr. Don has repeatedly done this with me over the years - e.g., noting that some dentists would probably have a filling done on a particular tooth, but explaining in detail why exactly one ISN'T actually needed. HONESTY!!! Now we are pretty much spread all over the country (one son in Chicago, one in St. Louis, one in Portland, and my wife and I are in Alabama), but we STILL come to the Morrows for our dentistry, each summer when we're in Michigan. Thanks Don & Melissa!!!!

Not a patient here but I walked in with a broken tooth not only did he take time out of what he was doing just to check real fast to see if It was and emergency or not he gave me a list of places I could go and directions there. They also called one for me. 5 stars in kindness alone. I really wish they were taking new patients.
