This place is not worth leaving a review of even one star it is that bad. The so called front desk receptionist are the rudest, down right most incompetent individuals. Never schedule the appointments correctly. It is filfthy and outdated. Saw a lot of questionable cleaning practices as well. Let's say I will be finding a different practice as I was quick to turn and walk back out.

The dentures i got from them is horrible, I had 2 teeth fall out one I choked so hard I popped a vessel in my eye and had to go to the emergency room. Im omw back today cause as im eating a grilled chicken wrap my tooth fell out them again

This office has been fixing my mothers dentures for over a year. I came in with her to get an understanding of the billing process and treatment plan. Mr. Fred continuously accused me of over talking him. He deleted the insurance claims in question from her ledger as I stood there and after I told him I will write a review and notify the CDC of their office practices. No one in the office was wearing a mask properly. He then held down the treatment plan that he had printed out for me attempting to explain again. And stated, "if I talked to Trump or Biden I would tell them the same thing". He pointed to words on the paper saying "what does this say?" I told him that what he is doing is dude and we will take all further business some place else. Please give my mother the non functional dentures you made and we will leave. As I was able to pick the paper up he stated I assaulted him by snatching the paperwork. Also claimed that he has it all on camera.

Called to confirm my appointment (the names weren't matching up upon another search, so needed to be sure as many dentists don't take the Aetna DMO, it seems comparatively speaking. Was told I'd get a call back (this was about three hours prior). Never got a call. Drove over there, waiting room was a little busy for a one-person practice. It's a tight space and it looked a little ratty. The reviews then backed everything I saw. I turned right around and called another practice. When I spoke to him prior, he did seem odd... like in an unprofessional sort of way. Too many flags, seems like one of those types that setup shop in communities they can manipulate and get over on.

I have had great pain free experience with this dentist. Got 2 bridges, 3 root canals and crowns from this place and never had any issues.

This dentist is completely unprofessional and borderline incompetent. I waited for 2 hours and then they tried to reschedule me. He was unapologetic and pretty socially awkward. The office worker upfront was never at his desk. Just to check in I stood there for 20 min. Then after waiting an hour and 10 min I went to ask how much longer it would be and he wouldn't respond to me. The equipment is a million years old and he had to take my xrays 3 different times... but hey what's a little extra radiation to the head. The dental hygienist was phenomenal and the only saving grace for the entire practice. She deserves a medal
