I didn't know having a Root Canal could be so fun! It was the first time I didn't feel like I was at the dentist! Dr. Sanches and Candi were amazing! They were gentle, efficient, and made me feel comfortable (and laugh!) I could not recommend them enough! 100 million stars if I could!

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning (October) which I booked in July. I confirmed twice via telephone to a receptionist after receiving messages from the office, and once via email after having received emails from the office, that I would attend the appointment. I was informed when I physically showed up to the appointment and tried to check in that my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked what happened between talking to a receptionist two business days prior and today, the receptionist said something about a hygienist emergency, and told me that I really should have texted (!!!) the office this morning to confirm that my appointment was still on (???). I had no missed calls from this morning, and actually received another reminder email from them two hours prior to the appointment time with information about what I needed to bring, etc. I had one singular missed call from them on Friday afternoon (the appointment was scheduled for Monday at 11a), but the Friday call didn't leave a voice message and I had already confirmed the appointment with them twice via phone so I didn't think it was important. I rescheduled in person while frankly in a bit of shock about the situation and then came to my senses about an hour later and called to cancel. The person I spoke to over the phone when cancelling told me that I had never confirmed my appointment for today, or that my confirmation hadn't been recorded, so who knows what really happened. I have worked in healthcare and am sympathetic to schedule changes, emergencies, and staffing issues. Stuff happens, I get it. What I find totally unacceptable is failure to communicate that to patients. I literally showed up to an appointment (which I had cleared my schedule for) before they bothered to let me know it was cancelled, after I had spoken to someone on the phone TWICE to confirm that I would be there. I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism, and there are many alternative, highly-rated dentists in the area to choose from.

The office and Dental staff are amazing. I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist and they make me feel very relaxed. Staff always explains everything throughly.

I had a tooth extracted today and it was one of the best extractions I had dentist was timely in explaining and advising at the same time, he made sure I was fully numb before the procedure, his assistant was lovely as well. I did not hesitate to give them a five star... Thank you to the team.

I've been very pleased getting dental care at Morrison Dental group. I needed a night guard which they helped me get quickly and Amy has been great helping me make sure my teeth stay healthy and clean. The staff and Drs. have all been very friendly and accommodating. Note that they are busy so schedule your routine care in advance!

Mrs. Amy was amazing and very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and great conversation while informing me of all procedures that would take place for my appointment. I highly recommend her, for she is courteous, helpful and friendly. She made me feel warm and welcome and most importantly reassured that I would receive the best care.

I had a wonderful experience at Morrison Dental Group on Professional Dr in Williamsburg. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I had a broken tooth and Dr Sanchez made my dreaded appointment so much better than I hoped for. He put me at ease while he explained what I could expect. It turned to be a wonderful experience.
