When I first came in my teeth were [in] horrible condition. I sat for a consult and heard all my options and was made to feel very comfortable. I chose to go with full denture implants. I am not only overjoyed with my temporary ones, I cant wait for the finals! Dr. Morrison and staff have been absolutely wonderful about all procedures and very accommodating about getting me [in] immediately to make necessary adjustments.

I followed in my daughters footsteps and had cosmetic surgery on my front teeth. It has been the most rewarding experience. I love my new Teeth and the way they make me to feel and look. Everyone at Dr. Morrisons office reflects a very professional image. It has been a very positive experience and I [thank] Dr. Morrison for making it all possible. My only regret [is] not doing it sooner!

This has made my life so much better. I have always had bad teeth [and] to be able to smile and not be ashamed is the best feeling anybody could ever have. They will be in my heart forever. I came to their office with the knowledge of the doctors dentistry work. I believe I have gotten the best of the best in dentistry. What attracted me to dentistry was that I felt it would be a profession that would challenge and engross me for my whole life, and I have found to my ultimate satisfaction that it has been and continues to be so. In a profession that changes at lightning speed, it is a challenge and a privilege to remain at the forefront of dentistry. I enjoy dealing with the differing personalities of my patients, which keeps me sharp as the years go by, both in terms of technique and human interaction. I have the knowledge and skill to provide comprehensive care to all who want a great dental experience.

I aim to give to my patients a combination of cutting-edge skills and technology as well as an incredibly skilled and well-trained staff. I also bring the experience and maturity to listen to my patients and to give them the solutions that will solve their problems.

Dr. Morrison leads an extremely physically active lifestyle: He runs four miles twice a week, plays an hour and a half of racquetball twice a week and works out using a bike or an elliptical the other days. His two greatest passions are windsurfing and skiing.

I chose dentistry because I knew it would be a career that I would enjoy. Having spent years around the office growing up, I felt comfortable in knowing what would be involved. I enjoy pretty much everything about dentistry. I love helping patients reach their goals. I enjoy the variety of day-to-day practice, how every patient, mouth and tooth provides its own unique set of problems and solutions.

I think the most important aspect of patient interaction in our office is caring for them as individuals. Our philosophy of care revolves around a sense of responsibility to our patients. Our role in their care starts from giving them a picture of their oral health and explaining to them what can be done. It is up to individual patients to decide which pathway they want to choose. We are here to guide them, help them and follow through, but treatment decisions truly belong to the patient.

I hope to give my patients respect for their emotions, whether they be fear, excitement or nervousness, along with respect for their expectations, which may simply be a desire to smile. Understanding all of these starts with spending time with patients and listening to them. Every patient is different and deserves to be treated individually.

In his free time, Dr. Morrison enjoys landscape and travel photography. All of the photography on the walls in the office are from his portfolio. He is also very involved philanthropically in the Jewish community, both in the Capital District (Albany and surrounding area) and nationally. He is on the Board of Governors for our local Jewish Federation, chairman of the Young Leadership division and on the National Young Leadership Cabinet for Jewish Federations of North America.

While I was in college locally as a marketing major, I started helping a friend deliver dental lab cases to offices. I then was asked to help during a summer break at a dental office when the receptionist had left. There was no one to train me, so I learned from the ground up. I became fascinated with all aspects of dentistry and decided to make it a career.

Anne loves to interact with patients. As to her philosophy of care, she listens and takes the time to understand their needs. For her, it is rewarding to help patients achieve their goals from start to finish. She also enjoys seeing new technologies being implemented in patient treatment.

I graduated from college with a teaching degree, but the year I got out, in teaching, jobs were scarce. My neighbor, who was a dentist, offered me a temporary receptionist position to cover a maternity leave. After that three months, since I now had some experience and it was mid-schoolyear, I took a receptionist job with a periodontist and ended up staying there 22+ years. I have now been here 16 years with Dr. Morrison. I guess you could say the dental profession chose me.

Connie loves to have a friendly rapport with patients. Her philosophy is that the practice is not just a buisness but a dental family. She wants the patients to receive exceptional care in a caring and welcoming atmosphere.

In her spare time, Connie enjoys travelling, reading, gardening and socializing with family and friends. She has been the treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary of her local Elks Lodge for more than 10 years and is involved in various activities.

Rebecca has been a valuable member of Morrison Dental Care since 2000. She shared that Dr. Morrison has been her dentist since she was 8 years old. Her mom Tracy was his dental assistant for 20 years.

If theres one thing that Rebecca loves while working here, its the family atmosphere among her coworkers. She enjoys caring and listening to the patients. She wants her patients to trust her and feel as comfortable as possible.

Amber has been in the dental practice for seven years. She says the dental field has always been her interest. She feels teeth are one of the most important personal features and she wants to help people feel confident with their smile.

When shes not helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles, Amber loves to spend quality time with her fianc and two children. Together they enjoy being outside, doing crafts or playing with their furry friend Romeo.

Ashleys philosophy is to help patients achieve their goals in a timely and painless manner.In her free time, Ashley loves being outdoors, boating and spending time with her family. She also enjoys walks with her three dogs.

When I was an exchange student in Germany, the family I lived with had a dental practice. I would go to the office and it was very interesting to me, leading me to look into a career in dental hygiene.

She enjoys delivering quality dental care through the use of state-of-the-art technology and providing a comfortable experience so that patients are happy to return and refer their family and friends.

My treatment goal is to be gentle yet thorough. I try to speak in laymans terms so the patients have an understanding how important their dental health is and how in many ways it correlates with their overall health.

Lori has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Her charitable interests include the Humane Society and St. Baldricks Foundation, an organization centered on giving support to children with cancer.

Her spare time is spent with her family, especially with granddaughter Chelsea and dogs Tessa, Riley and Chili. Committed to leading a healthy lifestyle, shes into power yoga, practicing it five days a week. She also loves any outdoor activity.

Lyndsey has been with Morrison Dental Care since 2014. She has always been interested in the dental field. She relates that she always enjoyed going to the dentist or orthodontist as she was growing up.

I really enjoy talking with and getting to know the patients. Each day is different, which keeps it new and interesting. I love seeing how happy patients are with the end results of cosmetic treatment.

Rachel pursued a career in dental hygiene because my aunt was a hygienist, and she and my mom told me I should go for teeth since I was a baby. Shes glad she heeded their call because she loves what shes doing.

After working for a dental insurance company, Stacy decided to take a different path and interact with patients face to face. Since then, shes been with the dental practice for 5 years with 16 years experience in the dental field.

I enjoy watching how satisfied patients are when treatment is completed, especially when new patients walk through the door very apprehensive and not smiling, and after treatment is completed, they are so happy they cant stop smiling.

I want them to have the highest level of confidence in the office. I want patients to understand their treatment plans, financial obligations and know we are there if they have any questions. I want them to understand the importance of regular checkups.

When shes not helping patients bring out the best of their smiles, Stacy spends her time with her husband, Gary, and daughter, Abbigail. Shes into fitness, enjoying running, Pilates and boot camp training. She has been in our practice for 5 years and in the dental field for 16 years.
