I recently had to have a molar extracted and was referred to Dr. Kurt. He went over the procedure with me. I told him I was not very good with needles and I dreaded having this done. Dr Kurt and his staff were so professional and compasionate . When the needles came...I didn't feel a single thing. I was truly shocked. I don't know how he did it, but there's magic in his hands. Ivana sat by me and patted my shoulder through the whole procedure. Dr. Kurt told me everything he was doing and continually asked if I was ok. I was so surprised at how quick the procedure was. I have been to many dentists and oral surgeons in my life, but Dr. Kurt is the "tops". The office is very clean with covid prevention in place. I would recommend Dr. Kurt to everyone. His staff is kind and compassionate.

My son was referred to this oral surgeon by his orthodontist, Dr. Murphy. This whole crooked teeth thing has really caused this single mother a lot of stress. Appointment after appointment after appointment. My X husband said he was going to do this, but like most X husbands, couldn't find the time, so this girl had to figure this out. Well, this isn't the place to review Dr. Murphy (orthodontist- he's great...FYI), but this oral surgeon solicited this review, so here it is. I was told that my son had ankylosed baby teeth. Dafuq, you say? Me too! Dafuq! Can you spell that please? After a week of freaking out over the cost to remove dinosaur (ankylosaurus?) teeth, I was truly in a tail spin. What is THIS going to cost me and then how is this kid going to handle braces AND surgery? How am I going to schedule all of this around my already crazy single mother, full time job, and full time remote learning child's schedule. So many dentists, so little time! Well, reluctantly called the office after looking at my bank account and digitally destroying my X for leaving this all on me. Bit the bullet and scheduled an appointment. (Somehow, my kid managed to remove one of these dinosaurus teeth on his own...popped it out right onto the living room floor. Boomshakalaka!) They got us right in on the same day the braces were going on! Boomshakalaka X2! That day was today. I had the kid prepared to get this done with no frills. You don't NEED anesthesia...you just want anesthesia. "Some beach, somewhere Baby. You can do this!" Using that old adage, "I walked uphill both ways to school", I told him, "I had two impacted wisdom teeth cut and dug out of my face with only Novocain. Anything is possible." It is a true story, but it definitely wasn't fun. We got to the office and the kid was ice cream drunk and ready to take one for the team. He says he told the doctor to "remove the tooth the cheapest way possible". (I found that out later, at home). Sitting and sweating out the consultation visit, I was finally called to the window... $200 (ish)... Maybe $300. I'm not sure because all I saw were dollar signs swirling around my head like Snoopy in love... It was that reverse lottery feeling, where you don't win a million dollars, but you suddenly have money for oil...like warm winter euphoria, not woodsmoke hell. "Wait... Say what? $200 and change?"' Oh...Thank you Jesus!...and this oral surgeon for not ruining my next three-six months! Then...they had an appointment on my next crazy day schedule open and we booked in for the dinosaur tooth removal. This office is so accommodating! Icing on the cake.. It is 100% covered by my X's insurance but he would never find that out and let me know...he just wants to make my life miserable, and not do anything and not tell me what's what. That's why he's X and this oral surgeon is amazing! Thank you! Thank you SO much! PS...if it's all the same and covered 100%, the kid wants anesthesia. No reason for "some beach, somewhere". He doesn't even like the beach. He can't drink margaritas yet.

The individuals at Morris Sussex Oral Surgery were both professional and kind to me during my experience there. After having two wisdom teeth removed by them I cannot recommend them more highly. They took every precaution for my safety and theirs during the midst of a pandemic to treat me. They also made everything about the procedure clear and made me feel free and comfortable to ask any questions I had regarding the operation and recovery. If i ever have any issues in the future I cant imagine myself going anywhere else.

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well! Dr. Notarnicola is the best at what he does. He is well mattered and truly cares about his patients. My experience with him and his staff has been truly delightful. Thanks for dealing with all of my concerns and post follow-ups. He even called me back on the weekend to make sure everything was ok with pain control. Stephanie is a sweetheart! The office is super clean and everything is done to perfection. Thank you again!

My regular dentist closed due to the Covid-19 issue that shut down so many business. Dr Notarnicola how ever was open for emergency care and was able to remove my broken molar. The staff was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable in guiding me through the process. A very skilled surgeon he performed the extraction quickly and painlessly. Thank you for being there when others weren't God bless you and your staff!

I was recommended to Dr. Kirk by my dentist for a consultation for some work I need to have done. I was taken almost immediately (which is usually not the case). Dr. Kirk took his time to explain exactly what he was going to do in great detail. He made me feel extremely comfortable and with much less anxiety. The entire staff in the office is great. Very friendly, very compassionate and flexible. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirk's practice.

Had all four wisdom teeth removed- The staff was very friendly and made it a very pleasant experience although I initially walked in absolutely terrified.

Have had Oral Surgery previously, always seemed to have a painful recovery, recently moved into the area, broke a tooth requiring an implant. My Dentist recommend Doctor Kurt, scheduled an appointment for an exam, evaluation and patient review. Satisfied with the assessment the surgery was scheduled, once completed came the dreaded recovery, but much to my surprise the healing process was greatly reduced in both pain and length of time. Just had my last follow up and personally enjoy when the Doctor appreciates his own work! Doctor Kurt and Staff are professional, courteous and compassionate with their patients.

On my first appointment with Dr. Notarnicola it couldn't be any better. Starting with the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor they were all outstanding. So helpful, nice, courteous, etc. etc. etc.... I could go on, and on and on. I really wish there could be other doctors and staff like them. I would recommend them in a heart beat to Family and Friends. Will be seeing you soon again for my extraction. Thanks to everyone.

I had to go in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful. They worked on getting me the quickest appointment following my consultation. They also send plenty of reminders prior to the day of. On the day of the extraction everything went smooth. The procedure was a breeze and the doctor made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His assistant was extremely helpful. She covered all the post operation procedures while having a pleasant conversation. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family.

I'm in the process of getting dental implants. Dr. Kurt Notarnicola and his staff has been very helpful in answering the many questions I have about this procedure. I feel very comfortable that I've chosen the right Doctor for this procedure. Hopefully by spring I'll have a beautiful smile

Great place. I went to have 5 teeth pulled. The Dr and staff made me very at easy. The procedure was simple and pain free. Also much quicker than I expected, which is a good thing. It's been hours now since I left there. The novacaine has totally worn off. Still no pain, or on any pain meds! I would highly recomend this Dr and his staff.

Dr. Notarnicola and his office staff were courteous, friendly, and most of all, proficient. This writer had little discomfort while and after having a tooth extracted. Highly recommended!
