I came here because my dentist's clinic is a bit far from my place and at that time I was pregnant so I decided to look for a new dentist since being pregnant and having an infant could be a challenge for me to travel far. I did cleaning with them earlier this year and she did an excellent job. On my second time a month ago, it suddenly became my worst cleaning. She told me I need deep cleaning!! Also the dentist said I need 5 fillings and a crown which is a surprise to me as I regularly visit my other dentist for cleaning and do right away any fixes required. I requested for my x-ray as I feel like I need a second opinion but they gave me a hard time getting it. Even the receptionist was wondering why their manager is not releasing my xray. After few days and one mad call, they finally sent it but ONLY as an IMAGE and NOT the actual xray so it made me more feel that they are hiding something.. True enough after I consulted my other dentist, they confirm I don't need any of their proposed treatment. Watch out!

I have a phobia of the dentist. Not any more. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctors make you comfortable. The office is clean, has the best technology with same day crowns, they actually listen and will get you an appointment fast. I will never use another dentist. I use doctor Chen and im so glad I found her and this office definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional dentist

I first became a patient of Dr. Janice Lee at Morris Dental Care about 10 years ago. It was recommended to me by an acquaintance. But still I had reservations about it, stemming from a slight phobia. A bad experience I suffered years ago, in my early teens. Borderline traumatized I was. I made my first appointment, walked in and from that moment on, never looked back. From the ladies who greet you at the front desk, (which includes the financial coordinator), the dental assistants in the back, the hygienists and the Dr. herself, are amongst the most charming and dedicated professionals that I've had the privilege to get to know. Any negative feelings I harbored towards the dental industry quickly melted away. They made me feel so comfortable, and right at home. Went over every step with a fine tooth-comb. Anything that I didn't immediately understand, they were more than happy to go over it again. Every process broken down in detail which made me feel at ease. And just as important, the quality of work provided at Morris Dental Care is top-notch, and state-of-the-art. In the 10 years since, I've built such a report with them, that I consider them more like friends. I've recommended Morris Dental Care since I started, and will continue to do so. Thank you ladies for always taking such good care of me!

Janice Lee has been my dentist since she opened practice 13 years ago, the trust is best! Very caring and skillful dentist! Janice Lee is the most trustworthy dentist you can have ,I have been her patient since her opening for practice; the gentle touch made the visit pleasant ! Highly recommended

Everyone working in this office is so polite.The front desk staff is very good and efficient, as the assistants in the back.The staff is amazing from greeting to getting insurances to aprove dental work. Dr.Lee, Dr.Chen are honest about the dental work and how it will be carried out. I have always been seen on time. My expereince with this dental office is great. I would highly recomend them...

Morris Dental Care and Dr. Lee. As well as her staff, are amazing. I have always had anxiety over seeing a dentist until I started going to this practice and here I am 15 years later, still going. I have had several procedures and have never had an issue. They focus on comfort and never allow a procedure to be painful in any way. I would highly recommend anyone that has a fear of dentists to give this practice a try.

My wife overpaid one hundred and one dollars for a dental procedure at Morris Dental. My wife and I waited almost four months, or more specifically, one hundred and fourteen days for Morris Dental to give us either a refund or a credit on a future procedure. They never did. I had to ask Delta Dental for an Explanation of Benefits document, and then check our payment history to see what the amount owed was. I had to contact Morris Dental multiple times in order to obtain a refund on overpayment. I overpaid eighty two dollars and fifty cents for a dental procedure at Morris Dental. I paid one hundred and ten dollars in the office, and then received an Explanation of Benefits in the mail that stated only twenty eight was owed by myself. My wife's ordeal was a hassle. After my ordeal, a pattern was established, just a FYI, Morris Dental did not know we were husband and wife. We were separate patients in their eyes. We will be switching dentists, but I'm very curious on how many patients they have overcharged and not refunded. I'm fairly sure not many people check their Explanation of Benefits to see how much was charged, and what the patient's responsibility is, but if you do go to Morris Dental, I highly recommend you check all your Explanation of Benefits and how much was actually paid. You might be surprised to find discrepancies.

Stay away from greedy dentist like this. I have encountered dentist like Janice before so I was able to recognize her scam. She will tell you to re-do fillings when there is nothing wrong with them. In the past, I fell for it and all the pressure from the work done on one tooth ended up with a root canal years later. Beware!

Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist. I have been going to Morris Dental Care for over a decade and trust Dr Lee and her staff to provide excellent care. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, thorough and is very gentle and her staff is great too. I moved out of the Montville are and still make the trip because I like and trust Dr Lee and the staff at Morris Dental Care that much. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Morris Dental Care for almost 10 years now. I have been trying to find the best dentist and went through numerous dentists prior to finding Morris Dental Care. I am very content with where I am now because Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, patient, and will thoroughly answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and her staff!

I've been visiting Dr. Lee for over 3 years now. I first came recommended by friends and she reviewed my charts from my previous doctor who insisted on performing several unnecessary procedures. I shared with her my concerns and she took time to review and provide several alternative paths that I felt comfortable with. There are doctors that take the easy way out but not Dr. Lee, she listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. Her office is very clean and safe and her staff is also wonderful and lovely. I appreciate everything she did for me and the treatment plan she created for me to salvage my teeth.
