Dr. Kevin Reiners is a 2011 University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry graduate. Prior to receiving his dental degree, Dr. Reiners earned a BS in mathematics, a BS in computer science, and an MBA. Education is important to Dr. Reiners, and he continues his dental education as often as possible in order to provide his patients with the high-quality care they deserve.

Dr. Reiners previously served on active duty in the Navy and is a current member of the Army National Guard. As a dentist, his goal is always to explain treatment options fully, and to provide the service that is best for the patient. He has his patients best interests at heart.

When hes not improving your oral health, Dr. Reiners enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities, including cars, board games, card games, woodworking, and yard work. He loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife Irene and his children Uriah, Sydney, Jenna, and Alexa.

Dr. Steven Kerns graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln in 1985 before opening Lincoln Family Dental. Prior todental school, he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in education. Dr. Kerns regularly continues his education each year so he can continue to provide exceptional, high-quality dental care. He has received advanced training in implant dentistry and is a Premier Provider for Invisalign.

I am delighted to be a part of the graduating class of the University of Nebraska Medical Center Dental School class of 2020. In 2014, I received my Bachelors degree from Creighton University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology.In May of 2016 I joined the National Guard and have been actively serving in the medical detachment. I am thankful for the experience and education I have gained in the dental field through this opportunity.

Originally, I was born and raised on a farm in south central Nebraska near Holdrege. Currently both of my brothers and dad work there. My mother is a teacher at Holdrege High School and has recently started an outdoor wedding business on the farm. I am happily married to my wife, Megan and we were blessed to have our first child, Hayes, in late March.

Brittany has been with the practice since she was a patient of six years old. As she grew, she was always fascinated by teeth. At the age of 18, she had spent more than 80 hours job shadowing with Morning Glory Dental. She knew then that she wanted to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She graduated from Central Community College in Hastings with an associates in dental hygiene. She helped at Morning Glory Dental for three years before coming on the team full time in February 2017.

Shortly after graduating from CCC, Brittany and her husband moved to Waverly. In the summer months, she enjoys recreational sports such as volleyball and kickball, camping, and water sports with her friends. She is also content, in the winter months, to spendtime with family and cuddle up with her kitty while enjoying a good movie.

With his warm personality and a calm demeanor, Matts care will set you at ease. He took a non-traditional route to the field of dentistry, starting as a high-school science teacher. After three years of teaching biology and healthsciences, Matt wanted to have a more direct impact on the health and education of those around him. In June 2017, Morning Glory Dental provided that opportunity, where his light hand and dedication to overall healthleaves patients feeling delighted with their dental hygiene visits.

Ryan graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in biology; from UNMC in dental hygiene in 2010; andfrom Doane University in 2015, with a masters in management that he uses to help the practice as our dental hygiene manager.

She has been with Morning Glory for more than 30 years, having joined the practice after graduating from the UNMC College of Dentistry with high distinction. She values relationships formed with long-time patients and families, and also enjoys working with new patients of all ages, including young children and people who are nervous about dental treatment.

Outside the office, Jane enjoys running, biking, tennis, sports, traveling, live music, church involvement, being outdoors (whether shes kayaking on a local lake or hiking in national parks), and enjoying life with her husbandMikeand three children: Kristin, Alex,and Lauren.

Kara joined Morning Glory Dental in 2003. As one of our dental assistants, she works alongside our doctors to provide exceptional patient treatment. She loves the friendships created with patients over the years.

I am originally from Utah. My husband and I relocated to Nebraska so he could attend law school. We have a dog named Millie. In our free time we enjoy camping and hiking. The patients at Morning Glory Dental are incredible and I enjoy getting to know them and their families.

As our office manager, Janet does a little bit of everything, from submitting patients insurance to filling in at the front desk, to assisting the dentists. She graduated from Western Iowa Tech in Sioux Citywith her certification in dental assisting, and transitioned into an administrative role during her 30+ year career. Yes, she is that old. Janet loves the people she works with and considers them her family patients and coworkers alike.

Janet has been married to her husband Mike for 30 years. They have a grown son named Zach. Janet likes to stay active and especially enjoys kickboxing. When theyre not working, Janet and Mike visit their cabin in South Dakota, travel to Colorado, spoiling all their nieces and nephews, and checking out fun, new places in Lincoln.

Connie and her husband Mike have been married for 37 years. They have two grown, married daughters and three grandchildren who are the center of Connie's world. Connie and her Maltipom, Ruby, are a pet therapy team with Domesti-Pups and do monthly visits to nursing and retirement homes. The pairalso does volunteer visits tohospice patients through Horisun Hospice. Connie's hobbies include spending time at their family lake cabin, playing Pickle Ball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Kate and her husband John have been married for 23 yearsthey have two children, Kylee and Dillon, and a dog, Molly. She enjoys camping, boating, shopping, traveling, and all activities with her family.

Erin is our hygiene coordinator. She keeps our hygienists busy and our patients on track with their routine dental care. In addition to coordinating, she also maintains our social media pages and does our marketing and promotions.Erin joined our office over fouryears agoas a leap of faith she has high dental anxiety but she knew that working with the MGD team would be worth it! Erins found her second home here in our fun, supportive, loving office.
