Dr. Morlan started Morlan Family Dental in 1996. A native of South Bend, Indiana, he received his bachelors degree from Indiana University and then earned his DMD at Tufts Medical School of Dentistry. Dr. Morlan is a member of the American Dental Association and is working toward his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Dr. Morlan lives in Plymouth and has 2 daughters Paige and Nicole. In addition to spending quality time with his family, hes a big supporter of local baseball, lacrosse and soccer teams. Dr. Morlan is also a frequent attendee at Plymouth North and South hockey and football games and a supporter of numerous local causes, like the FLAN Walk and the Jimmy Fund Boston Marathon Walk.
It is my goal to help a patient have a lifetime of healthy teeth and always provide a positive dental experience. I appreciate when a fearful patient realizes that most dentistry is not as bad as they thought. Giving someone a beautiful, healthy smile can very helpful to their self-esteemand that always makes my day.
Dr. Martin graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then pursued three additional years studying periodontics and dental implantology. Dr. Urban is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He is also an instructor and faculty member of the International Academy of Dental Implantology where he teaches live surgical procedures to dentists around the world. Dr. Urban maintains his skills by not only teaching but performing continuing education through the U.S. and abroad. In his spare time, he is an avid collector of Olympic Memorabilia and enjoys spending time with his three rescue dogs.
Lynn started with Morlan Family Dental in 2013 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. In addition to providing oversight on the day-to-day operations at the practice and is often the first face you see when entering our doors or the voice you hear answering our phones.
A registered dental hygienist, Julie began with Morlan Family Dental in 2003. In her role at the practice, she performs dental cleanings and oral examinations, periodontal scalings and maintenance and oral cancer screenings. Patient education is also one of her top priorities. Married, Julie resides on the South Shore with her husband and their two children.
A licensed dental hygienist, Jen joined Morlan Family Dental in 2007. Born and raised on the South Shore, she attended the University of Rhode Island and Community College of Rhode Island, earning a degree in dental hygiene. Jen resides in Plymouth with her husband Ted and their two children.
As a dental assistant, Cheryl provides support with all dental procedures, including taking X-rays and impressions. Perhaps most importantly, she helps keep patients calm. Married, she resides locally with her husband Jim and their four children.
As a dental assistant, Amanda ensures examination rooms are properly set up, then works chair side with Dr. Morlan, passing instruments and other materials. In addition to practicing four-handed dentistry, she also helps put patients at ease. Married, Amanda and her husband have two sons, Evan and Jacob.

Very pleasant, easily accessible office with up to date simple and comfortable furniture. This office offers their own dental insurance for $99.00 which provides a 25% discount on all their dental services. This has been a satisfactory experience for me!!!

At long last - a doctor who listens to patients! Dr. Morlan is at once both professional and engaging. He asks the right questions, and hears the answers. His manner is reassuring, and he explains things in plain English. His staff is super helpful, and his rates are reasonable.

I was very apprehensive about making this appointment. I'm so glad I did. From the greeting when I walked in to the time I left I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. They explained everything they were doing during the visit. They were super friendly throughout the visit. Dr. Morlan was so down to earth and knowledgeable. He made me feel at home. The whole process was quick and simple. They really have a great system in place. I would highly recommend them!

When you chip the back of a lower front tooth the day you are moving from Pittsburgh to Plymouth, MA, and it's during a pandemic, where do you go? Well, my lovely neighbors suggested Dr. Morlan, who saw me within a week of my calling. and he did a great job of fixing my tooth! Highly recommend Dr Morlan, his assistant, Amanda, and his staff!
