Morgan Nordstrom DDS attended the University of California Berkeley and graduated with honors with a BS degree in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Toxicology. She received her DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry where she graduated second in her class.
Dr. Nordstrom completed a general practice residency at Mare Island in Vallejo, CA where she received special training in dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Napa/Solano County Dental Society.
Dr. Nordstroms favorite part of being a dentist is the combination of art, engineering, and patient care. She likes the challenges that come with being a small business owner and the ability to constantly improve through continuing education and new technologies.
Dr. Emily Thai is a Bay Area native, currently residing and practicing in the East Bay. She earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine and graduated from Midwestern University Arizona College of Dental Medicine (MWU-AZ). While at MWU-AZ she received multiple awards and recognition in regards to her clinical skills, patient care, and her passion and participation in community service.
Dr. Thai is a strong believer in comprehensive dental care and that good dental health is greatly intertwined with overall body health. She also understands that not everyone finds going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Because of that, what she enjoys most about dentistry is being able to genuinely connect with her patients, while providing a gentle and positive dental experience. Her goal is to help her patients reach stable and optimum oral health and feel great about their smile.
Dr. Vizzolini was born and raised in Westly, CA. (Central Valley) He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1975) and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry (1978). He has been practicing dentistry at the same Vallejo location on Tennessee Street since 1979. He has been an active member of the Vallejo Rotary Club since 1979 as well as the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and Napa Solano Dental Society.
Patty came to work in 1990. She is our only Vallejo native and takes great pride in the City of Vallejo. She started as a front desk receptionist and trained in assisting after working here for several years. She floats back and forth but is responsible for scheduling, phones and supplies. We like to tell people she is the go to person. If you want to know where it is, ask Patty! Married with 2 daughters and four grandchildren, Patty is very busy with family.
Rosa started at our office in 2011. In 2013 Rosa completed the registered dental assisting program at Contra Costa College and earned her RDA in 2014. In 2019 she completed the most advanced assisting degree making her a super assistant! Her family migrated to California from Chihuahua, Mexico in 2003. She speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys interpreting for our non-English speaking patients. She has an 18 year old and 7 year old son and a one year old daughter!
Carolyn is a central valley native who came to the North Bay after graduating dental hygiene school in 2014. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is building a relationships with her patients and seeing them leave her chair with a smile. When she's not helping patients, she loves family time with her husband and two small boys. She also loves interior decorating, gardening and is a self proclaimed beauty junkie.
I 'm Adelia! I am the newest member of the team. I enjoy crafting and decorating. If I 'm not at work learning and building my skills then I am with my fiance, family and friends. We enjoy watching soccer, football 'Go 49ers!' or baseball 'Go Giants!' I also enjoy camping and of course SHOPPING!

Literally the best dentist I have ever had! I feel like I leave my appointments getting the most out of the visit every time. Where most dentists will give you a just a cleaning and a basic mouth inspection, this office gives you three times the attention and quality service. I feel well taken care of in the chair, I get tailored suggestions and recommendations that improve my overall mouth health every time, and everyone is super friendly and fun to talk to. The take home goodie bags are also fully loaded with all the dental party favors one could want and avoid going to CVS to get. If you want to be cared about and are looking to take pride in your teeth then do yourself the favor and book your next appointment here! You won't regret it. I can genuinely say I love coming to the dentist because of the great work this office is doing.

All of the staff at Dr. Nordstrom and Dr. Vizzolini's office are very welcoming and willing to ensure you are taken care of. I was originally referred to Dr. Nordstrom for a crown for my implant. Throughout the whole process, she took the time to ensure that my smile looked as great as possible. The dental hygienists and assistants are also very pleasant and it's clear they have the experience and training. I now go to them for my regular dental cleaning and check ups. Love them!

I have been a patient for 30 years. I started with Dr. Vizzolini and since his retirement I am in the capable hands of Dr. Nordstrum. The entire staff is so friendly and caring....they always make me feel like more than just a patient. I have always received excellent/professional/caring dental care no matter what challenge my teeth have thrown their way. I highly recommend this dental practice especially if you are looking for people that truly care and make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door!!

I have been a patient for going on 10 years. The ladies here are absolutely amazing. Always professional, kind and welcoming. I've recommended friends and family to become patients here because that's how amazing they are. Always keep you informed on the health of your gums and teeth, I've never had to question anything. I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and Dr. Nordstrom, Dr. Thai and all the staff have always made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything would be okay.

I began seeing Dr Vizz after "graduating" from Vallejo Childrens Dentist as a teen. Even after having moved from the area, attempting other offices & dental professionals, I had to come back to stay. Dr Nordstrom took over when Vizzolini retired and I happily make the 40 minute commute 2-3 times a year, as I've always been happy with the personal & intentional care I receive. The front office staff of Patty & Julie are always kind, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable! (Seriously, best FO staff in the biz.) Every hygienist I've experienced at this office has been excellent, (new personal fave: Carolyn), and I'm proud to say I still have ALL of my original teeth... (Even the wisdoms!) thanks to the amazing care & excellent oversight I've received for over 35 years!

As a long term patient of this practice I feel lucky to have found this wonderful group when we moved across the country. Dr Nordstrom has carried on the quality caring practice from Dr Vizzolini. I always feel like I am seeing old friends when I visit . The office staff and hygienists are the absolute best. You feel welcome and cared for at each visit.

The entire staff makes you feel like family and it always feels like a family get together for the hour that you are there. When I started going to Dr. Nordstrom, my dental anxiety was at a 10 out of 10. I had avoided dental visits for several years. I was very anxious. And embarrassed. No one in this office belittled me for this reaction, rather they all worked together to find my comfort level and we progressed from there. Now, thanks to Dr. Nordstrom and her caring staff, my anxiety is a 2. I drive one hour each way for my appointments, and cannot imagine going to any other dentist. This place is awesome.

I've been going to Dr. Vizzolini/Nordstroms Dentist for years, and everything about their clinic is phenomenal . They make going to the dentist fun. All the workers there are nice, and caring. Julie and Patty at the front end make me feel welcomed. Carolyn (hopefully i remembered her name) the dental hygienist is great, she knows what shes doing and very informative ! The quality of their work is perfect for me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to get your teeth taken care of! - Brian
