Doctor Courtney Killough is passionate about dentistry because it gives her the ability to improve the self-worth of her patients. She also enjoys educating the community on the best practices of caring for their oral health. Dr. Killough graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Biology and Spanish.
Dr. Emerson did his undergraduate training in biology at U.C. Irvine and received his DDS degree from U.C. San Francisco. He has also completed advanced study programs in cosmetic dentistry and complex treatment planning. Helping people, being an artist, and working with his hands are the things that drew Dr. Emerson into the dental profession.
Trisha Misner became a Registered Dental Hygienist from San Joaquin Valley College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She has been working in the dental field for 15 years, and has been a hygienist for 10 years. She cant wait to get to know the patients here at Morgan Hill Dental Care and become a local favorite.

Dentists are ok, but the billing department are not. Been putting up with their dysfunction for years since it's not easy to change dentists mid treatment, but would start elsewhere if I had known: unexplained bills that get "discovered" after many months of having been supposedly accounts-settled (this has happened multiple times), communication is a total fail, no escalation path, etc. Recommend avoiding.

I liked the dentists even though they acted rushed, but the hygienists must be told to upsell anything they can. They KNOW a fluoride treatment is NEVER going to be covered by insurance, so you get stuck with a $75 bill! The worst is the billing department, I've sent them multiple checks to pay my bill and they still haven't cashed it or responded to my multiple letters to them about my account. Utterly incompetent. Find a family dental office run by someone who will develop a relationship with you, here you'll never see the same dentist or hygienist at your appointments. Edit: The office called me after leaving this review and agreed to settle the account in an acceptable way. The caller was nice, but had no explanation why they ignored me for so long.

Great service for my broken filled premolar. They were able to fit me in for emergency repair with a crown. Personnel were friendly and explained each step.

Dr Betsy is the best. We took our one year old for a tooth checkup. She was very thorough and explained everything well to us and patiently answered all our questions.

I have huge anxiety regarding dentist and I went to Morgan hill dentist and was very confortable there. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who has anxiety. All the staff was friendly and they made me feel confident that I could have dental care to fix my dental issues

This office is extremely clean and organized. The staff is friendly, efficient and quick. My 10 year old son felt comfortable with the orthodontist, who explained in detail what needed to be done and the action plan. Once we agreed to a plan, they quickly got to work by placing spacers, taking additional X-rays and taking molds of his teeth. We also scheduled all follow up appointments through mid November. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Duell and Vanessa, her dental hygienist, have always been outstanding. The facility is very clean and are very good with enforcing their COVID-19 guidelines. One recommendation I have for the personnel handling the front desk and insurance forms is having any forms that need to be completed emailed, or at least a link forwarded to the patient or caregivers of the patient to get to these forms, ahead of the appointment for better use of time. This comes very handy especially for parents and caregivers with very young children. I believe they already do this but it just needs to be consistent.

Their billing is a mess!! I leave messages and they can't be bothered to properly communicate with me. Also, can't get emailed statements sent to me. I will be looking elsewhere for myself. 3 stars for the pediatric dentist though... we love her!

Worst dental office ever! Only interested in draining your insurance for all they can. They have forgotten about helping people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
