Morgan & Associates is a general dental practice in Phoenix that was established in 1962. Over the years, we have served hundreds, if not thousands, of families. Our patients come from all over town, out of town and even from out of state! Many of our patients grew up near the office and have moved away, but they continue to visit us for exceptional dental care. Dr. Ronald Morgan earned his dental degree from University of Oregon Health Science Center after earning his bachelors degree from Linfield College. He is a charter member of the Arrowhead Dental Education Study Club and a member of the Academy of Osseointegration. He offers most phases of general dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry. He works with leading specialists in the valley to deliver more advanced types of care when needed.

Dr. Morgan moved from the Pacific Northwest to Arizona in 1993. He is married and has four children and six grandchildren. The newest addition to his family is Holly a Parti Yorkie teacup puppy. He is a member of the Community Church of Grace. He enjoys golf, the Oregon coast and spending time with his family.

Dr. Jamie Sanders was raised in Arizona but was adopted from South Korea along with her older sister and younger brother. She graduated from Chaparral High School and was a part of a seven-year dental program, completing her bachelors degree in biology in only three years. She then completed her dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. After living in Detroit, Michigan, for seven years, she decided to move back to Arizona. Dr. Sanders pursued dentistry as a career because of the ability to create lifelong relationships with patients while also providing a necessary health service. When Dr. Sanders is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her family. She is also passionate about church youth ministry and has been serving her churchs high school ministry for over four years.

Patti has worked in the dental field off and on since 1971. She started as a chairside assistant and has since managed group practices including periodontal practices. In addition, Patti was an instructor at a well-known national business school for dentists. She attended the University of New Mexico during college and has attended and taught numerous continuing education classes in practice management. She is a wife, mother and grandmother. She has worked at Morgan & Associates since 1996.

Sue has been our insurance coordinator and the accounts payable/receivable specialist for over seven years. Most of her business skills come from her time spent as a district manager and planning and development coordinator. For 21 years, Sue managed 12 stores on the West Coast. She has traveled throughout the United States, Hawaii and Canada opening new retail locations.

Although she has lived in various states throughout her life, Sue has resided in Arizona for over 25 years. She is the proud mother of one daughter, who is graduated from the University of Arizona. Sue loves the country where she lives with her horse and a dog named Rodeo. In her spare time, Sues loves crafts, including sewing. She is also a master quilter. All of Sues work is done with love and perfection.

Carol has been working in the front office at Morgan & Associates for over 27 years. She is almost a native to Arizona. Prior to joining our team, she was an accounting and financial analyst at U.S. West. She was the training supervisor for accounting procedures. Carol is a member of the telephone pioneers. She is married to her husband since 1959, Carol has four children, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. When she is not with her grandchildren, Carol loves to crochet and travel.

Michelle is currently working as full-time dental hygienist. She is the only deaf hygienist in the state of Arizona. She has degrees in dental assisting and dental hygiene from Delta College in University Center, Michigan. Michelle is also anesthesia certified. She has been with Morgan & Associates since 1998 and brings with her over 30 years of experience in dentistry.

With her passion to help people, Michelle can often be seen feeding the homeless and doing other volunteer work for those in need after work. She has over 25 years of ASL teaching experience and is currently teaching applied ASL. All over the Phoenix area, Michelle has set up study groups to help people practice and develop their ASL skills outside the classroom. She is the president of the Arizona Deaf Blind Community (ADBC) since 2019. She enjoys being the leader of the ministry with the deaf at her church. In her spare time, Michelle also trains service dogs and dogs that are deaf and deaf-blind. She has resided in Arizona since 1996.

Erica is a dental assistant for over 20 years. Trained and experienced on multiple facets in dentistry including endodontics, periodontics and oral surgery.In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family.
