Our office is available after-hours for emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, contact us for instructions on reaching a dentist. Please note that medications will only be prescribed for patients who have recently been seen in our office. If your tooth is knocked out, follow the instructions below and contact us immediately at the number above.
Pick up the tooth by the crown (chewing surface), and not by the root. If the tooth is dirty, hold it by the crown and rinse it gently with water. Your goal is to remove the dirt from the surface of the tooth. Do not: use any soap or chemicals, scrub or dry the tooth, or wrap it in tissue.
Next, place the tooth back in the socket as soon as possible. The sooner the tooth is back in its original position, the better the chances it will have to survive. Place the tooth back in the socket with your fingers or place it above the socket and slowly close your mouth. Hold the tooth in place with gentle biting pressure or with your fingers.
If you cant get the tooth back in the socket, the tooth must be kept moist by placing it either in milk, inside your cheek, or by using a tooth preservation kit available at your pharmacy. The last option is to place the tooth in water with a small pinch of salt.

Dr. Hess received her Bachelors degree in Zoology from Miami University in 1995 and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1999. She is an ADA, ODA, CODS, Marysville Study Club member, is certified in Botox Therapeutic Administration, and attends many dental seminars and lectures throughout the year.

Very pleased. I was a few minutes early and got right in with my hygienist. She was very welcoming, asking about family and hobbies. She examined and cleaned my teeth in a very efficient and gentle manner. Dr Miller reviewed her work and inquired about any dental problems or questions that I had. Overall a very good experience.

We love Morey Dental and all the staff there! Our family of 5 have been going there for like 10+ years now and never have any complaints. Our youngest is autistic and they are so accommodating. He is still not compfortable with Doctor's offices, etc. but Dr. Miller did so well with him. We had a schedule issue with our morning appointment and they were able to change our appointments to the afternoon the same day! I cannot say enough good things about the friendly, sweet, and always pleasant front office staff! They are always in a good mood, they are always accommodating and helpful. Even when they are super busy, they still are laughing and smiling and helping patients. The dental hygienists do an amazing job. I've ALWAYS had great experiences with all of the staff. Cannot say enough good things, highly recommend, We'll never go anywhere else! Thanks!
