Our goal is to help children, adolescents and those with special needs achieve optimum oral health through excellent and compassionate dental care. As a specialized pediatric dental practice, we take very seriously the responsibility of caring for children. By working in partnership with kids and parents, we believe every child can begin their life with a healthy smile.
Dr. Brent was born in the Morehead area, including completing his undergraduate degree at Morehead State. He completed his dental degree and pediatric dental residency at the University of Louisville, where he stayed on as a Clinical Assistant Professor post completion of his residency. He and his wife, Jennifer, along with their two children are proud members of the Morehead community and find great joy in serving the community Dr. Kidd has called home most of his life.
Dr. Hoy was born and raised in the small town of Grass Lake, Michigan. She graduated with aBachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Adrian College in Michigan. She then went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky where she absolutely fell in love with Kentucky! She then completed her specialty degree in pediatric dentistry also at UK. It is her passion to work with children and she loves every minute of it! Dr. Hoy loves everything and anything Disney and can be caught singing Disney songs often! She is married to her wonderful husband, Michael, and has four animals who are her absolute fur babies! Her two cats are named Waffles and Espresso, and her two dogs, Toby Molar and the newest addition, Lexington Mandible who they lovingly call Lexi Mae.

I have brought my grandson here for 4 years. The staff is so pleasant and he loves the attention and atmosphere.. He even looks forward to going . They are very accommodating when I've scheduled or had to reschedule appointments.

Absolutely LOVE it here! I've been bringing the kids here for many years! They're always so professional. Dr kidd and all of his staff are so friendly and welcoming! My ONLY complaint is that I'm too old to be a patient myself lol cause this place is BY FAR my favorite dentist office I've ever been to.

They took the extra step of explaining every step before doing it to my 5 year old. She is an anxious kid and went in unsure, but she came out brave and happy! She's already asked when her next appointment is. This means a lot to me. Thank you.

My little is 19 months old, that being said it was her first dental visit!! I held off as long as I could out of fear she would hate it & lead to her hating dentist. Although she was not a HUGE fan the staff was super friendly & made her first experience the best they could!
