I'd give a negative if I could. They don't pay attention and just talk/gossip the entire time while doing everything and don't communicate important information. Like if you need fillings or WHY they schedule you for a tooth extraction? But my latest experience was the last straw. Took months to schedule a fitting for a bite guard. When the appointment day came, they didn't even do the fitting but did FILLINGS instead. To be clear, went in with no pain at all. I have bad TMJ in which they disregarded altogether and hit that nerve with the numbing medicine. Then the dentist straight up left after numbing me. Did not come back. The assistant and a trainee did the drilling. Left me with an uneven, jagged filling that cut my mouth and a whole other tooth was in pain. I had to schedule a appointment with ANOTHER dentist to fix that filling and see what damage they caused. They were appalled at Morehead Dental Groups handiwork. Never going back there.

Another great experience with the staff at Morehead Dental Group. I had a wisdom tooth filled and never felt any pain at all. The dentist and the hygienist worked together perfectly making this trip to the dentist not a dreaded event.

Dentist and assistant knowledgeable. Filled my tooth and feels better. Appreciate friendly and caring atmosphere.

Went today for a cleaning for the first time and had a great experience, will only keep coming here in the future! Wish I could remember my hygienist's name, very thin woman with glasses and brown hair, but I loved her. I was very nervous and had a pretty bad amount of plaque but she perfectly cleaned all of it up and away, was very sweet and reassuring, and made my next cleaning appointment already while answering all my questions. I feel so much better about my teeth already and motivated to come every six months here on out to see her. They feel amazing. Wonderful lady, I'd recommend this office to anyone in Morehead honestly. Much better than my experience with the dentist I went to on the bypass in town two years ago. Was so bad I was scared to go back to the dentist, but these people changed me completely. Incredibly nice front desk staff too! Highly recommend!

The receptionist and office manager have little to no customer service skills. Apparently my time is not valuable. One positive that came out of this terrible experience is that I will not be returning to this business again.

Amazing does not even cone close to describing my experience here!! I came in as a new patient just wanting to see my option on getting a tooth fixed because my previous dentist retired and i had a filling fall out. They did an x ray and fixed all on my 4 bottom teeth !!! And i scheduled a cleaning all within an hour yes thats it an hour so highly recommended everyone is so nice and sweet and talk to you with respect and dont make you feel bad about your teeth. Best experience in any medical field i have ever had hands down!!

They are not even worth the star i jave given them the didnt numb me well and started drilling my teeth and it caused excruciating pain and to top it all off they drilled for it and then did not fill my tooth and now it has a hole in it and it hurts extremely bad

Dumbest group ever. You can't go in with your family member. If I could give a zero I would. It is uncalled for. If you are willing to wear a mask you should be allowed to accompany your family member.

Brooke is the best! I always look forward to seeing her and she does a great job. Dr Mcloney is kind and considerate, as usual. Penny and Erica are the perfect people to serve as the "faces of the practice." I highly recommend. I had much anxiety about getting dental work done before coming here!
