I love my experience with More Smiles of Beverly, they are very gentle, patient, and very thorough. My Dr Omar is concerned, thoughtful, and understanding. He asks about each adjustment if any. He is not ruff at all.

Its hard to believe these reviews are true. Because I sat in the waiting area for over an hour and a half. Then finally directed to the exam room for another hour to ONLY receive xrays and to be asked if I had insurance, which was verified immediately upon entering the office. And immediately being told that I had to make an appointment to come back and receive a cleaning was very time consuming. Whereas in the history of me receiving regular/routine dental care, they are both done the same time. Not to mention the manner that the dentist, Angel, delivered the message to me was very unprofessional. May not mean much to anyone but I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. Had to give it one star for this post to be displayed otherwise, I wouldn't have given them any.

Don't go to More Smiles of Beverly because they use unfair business practice. Long story short, they caught me walking out of my last appointment. Told me they gave me a discount and had me to sign for my new balance. They run offers all the time. I was so excited considering I'm on disability. They added $3700 to my existing bill. Don't go to a business you can't trust!

My appt time was delayed by 46mins, for major dental work that costed $$,$$$.00 of dollars! I'd never got a sorry or apologize for wasting time and money coming to NO SMILES! Then, I asked for a release of my x-rays and was informed later within the day, that I will not receive my x-ray until my insurance cleared, by Ethan, in 2 to 3 weeks? Therefore, I wish the survey consist of a Negative(-)--> stars! My time and money is not the Right hue to be respected ! PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS MIGRAINE PLACE, IF YOU ARE WISE!

I went in as a new client for a routine cleaning. It was not something I looked forward to, however, I ended up having quite the enjoyable experience. And that was all thanks to my hygenist, Jameka. She was Awesome. Thorough, engaging and quite entertaining - she was the perfect distraction from what I was actually there for. If you are looking to have a cleaning please go and see her!

I was kinda scared afraid of the dentist but the staff and everyone made me feel real comfortable including the finiacal department was even helpful and i was able to afford my treatment ...I came back and all the staff remembered me and now we like a big family i love it here Dr. Chris and princess is amazing

Best dentist office ever they even got a lower level and its real nice the assistant princess was nice & Dr.Frazier was great...jamika cleaned my teeth she was excellent I love it here
