Dr. Juan Carlos Mora was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. He received a Doctor degree in Dentistry from the Colombian College of Dentistry in Bogota. He moved to the United States with his family, and he attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a degree as Dental Medicine Doctor. Soon After graduation, he started a position as an assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and established his Dental practice more than 15 years ago. Dr. Mora is an experienced and passionate dentist who enjoys practicing advanced dental treatments utilizing cutting edge technology such as Laser Assisted Dentistry, 3D Dental imaging, CEREC, and others.

After the most dreadful experience at comfort dental I knew it was time to go to a new dentist. I didn't know that I would hit the lottery with the Mora family. From start to finish the entire staff was warm an welcoming. Dr. Mora has hands of an angel and the experience to boot. I went in for a deep clean and after I left there was no pain, even after the local anesthesia wore off. I have never had a better experience at the dentist and would recommend anyone and everyone go there because they have their thumb on the pulse when it comes to dental work and how to treat patients with respect.

I'm moving to Exton and I had my first dental visit with Dr Mora. From the beginning until the end of the visit I had an amazing experience! Dr Mora is very friendly, very attentive to details, explained and answered all my questions. His staff members are friendly and very gentle. The clinic is beautiful, very clean and organized! Overall I had a great first visit experience!

I was treated at Mora Family Dentistry's new office in Exton Commons. First off -- it is simply the most beautiful dental office I've ever seen. It's bright with lots of windows, plus there are skylights. The equipment is gleaming, and I love the color palette. More importantly, I was assured that every night the office is cleaned with UV lights, to protect against germs. (In addition to the cleaning of the areas after each patient.) As for the care....I've been a patient for several years and I have always received great, world-class care. I had a gum problem that would have meant years of painful scaling and periodontal visits, but instead, Dr. Mora treated me with lasers. Quicker, better, and close to painless. He also did a root canal using lasers -- since I've had "regular" root canals, I can assure you that this is easier and heals more quickly. Dr.Mora is terrific with everyday dental things like fillings and cleanings. He has a gentle touch, and he really knows what is what in my mouth. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and they are great at finding you an appointment that works with my schedule. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
