Dr. Aliya Khan is a graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, Class of 2003. After her graduation, she completed a two year residency training from Westchester Medical Center, where she performed numerous advanced procedures, and became the Chief Resident in her second year of residency.
Dr. Khan likes to volunteer for charitable organizations to provide medical services. She has provided free dental services for uninsured and financially needy patients through charities like Remote Area Medical and Mission of Mercy. Her other interests include Hiking, reading and cultural studies.

It started when I called to book a consultation. I explained I had numerous problems. She asked if I was in any pain. I told her that one of my teeth had been bothering me occasionally. She scheduled me for the following week. I asked how much for the consultation (which she had stated included x-rays and panoramics). When I arrived, the dentist was entirely focused on the tooth I mentioned in response to the question, "is anything bothering you?" I quickly realized that there had been a mixup. I stated that I was there for a consultation, and he made much ado about having to rearrange his schedule to accommodate this. I repeatedly offered to reschedule, which he declined. We had a basic plan to crown and bridge my upper teeth and put dentures in the bottom. When I returned to the appointment desk, she said it would be TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE dollars. I quickly referred back to the original conversation about initial consultation being $140. She said, "[Oh, I thought you just wanted him to look at the one tooth]." I coughed up all the cash I had: $280. I was told the following visit was complimentary as he was just going to review the plan and pricing. He opened with, "So, we're going to take out all of your top teeth, right?" He had NO IDEA what we'd discussed and indicated that the plan we'd discussed made no sense and could not be done. He wanted >$500 for just a flipper. I'll never see my money or this HORRIBLE "dentist" again.

First off let me start by saying that I am one of those people who LOVE getting their teeth cleaned. I've been going religiously every 6 months for as long as I can remember. I recently moved here and had to find a new dentist. This office came up within my insurance network so I thought I'd give it a try. WORST mistake ever. I have never been so disappointed with a dentist office. The cleaning was awful, I have brushed me own teeth better than this dental cleaning. I actually thought the lady was joking when she said she was all done. And the worst part, they didn't even floss my teeth. SUPER disappointed about that. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I hope this review helps save others from being in my position. Now I have to wait another 6 months to actually get a good cleaning.

Positive, uplifting, and caring professionals at Moorestown Smile Center. The receptionist and waiting areas are uplifting. And Dr. Khan really cares - she takes the time to discuss my condition and options with me, and does her work carefully and kindly.

I called to make an appointment at this office and was told over the phone they take my insurance. When I arrived at the location I was told they don't take my insurance. I explained to the front desk associate that I asked several times before making my appointment if they accepted my insurance and was told yes multiple times. When I explained that the receptionist informed me that I talked to a call center when I scheduled my appointment and said unfortunately this was not the first time someone was told they take their insurance but they don't. I had to pay for an Uber ride to my appointment, find someone to watch my children and had to walk home in the 90deg heat because I was given false information from this business. If I could give them less than one I would!!

I don't like going to the dentist but not at the smile center! The staff and Dr Kahn took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.. They also made sure the dental chair and tools were clean and used good hygiene practices. Over all a great visit. Thank you Dr. Kahn and staff!

The staff at Moorestown Smile Center are absolutely professional and courteous. You will feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Khan is not only a top tier dentist but she is calming and patient and pleasant to talk to. I was impressive by her willingness to work with me to achieve the look and results I wanted. Kristine's crowns were a challenge for all of us from your being able to get the temporary ones to stay on to me getting her not trying to floss or pick, bite with then. We got thru it and new crowns are on front teeth and they look fantastic. You and your staff are very patient accommodating. The price very fair.
