Don't come here... dentist doesn't stand by her work. Shotty work, filling came out and they wanted to charge me to fix it!

This place is horrible. They said they took my insurance, got there they said they didn't. I was called liar for saying someone told me they did. Fnally got out of them they say they take other insurance because they can bill out of network. Stuck with a bill I pay off, get another and let the billing know I'm tight for money and will pay off by June. Call to pay off, last month/June, they sent a $80 bill to collections. The doctor was decent but have to say they are some awful front desk staff.

Outstanding dental care provided by compassionate and skilled staff. I was welcomed into the office and felt very comfortable. My hygienist Amara did a great job cleaning my teeth and provided helpful advice. I was very happy with the dental work I had completed by Dr. Ping and Dr.McNeely. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I cannot express how much I love this dentistry. Not only is their care wonderful, but their staff are so helpful and kind. I've had a few issues lately where I've had to call them like 4000 times for help simply because things from a 3rd party aren't working or my budget is causing issues or I've lost information by accident and they have been SO HELPFUL and they have been so sweet during the entire process. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

My experience was nothing short of amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they got me in immediately to fix a filling. Great work from Dr. Mcneely! She and Yeng were easy going, and prompt with their handy work! My filling looks and feels like nothing had ever happened. The office is beautiful, as well. Thank you Mooresmiles! I'll definitely be back!

I have been a patient at Mooresmiles for about 3 years and have been very happy with the quality of care I have received. I hadn't been to the dentist for longer then I would like to admit, and felt comfortable immediately when I walked into the office and was greeted by the front desk staff. I mainly have worked with the hygienist Deb and Dr. Ping. Deb is very friendly and always explains what she is doing and goes over how I am doing with my home care at each visit. Dr. Ping is an excellent dentist that is easy to talk to. I have meet the other dentist as well any they all are very nice! I would highly recommend Mooresmiles Dental to anyone.

After we moved to WI, we needed a dentist. We loved our Iowa dentist: no pain. Well, we found a no pain dentist at Mooresmiles--Dr. Ping. Also love the text reminders and can also have evening appointments. Highly recommend!

Mooresmiles has been perhaps the most solicitous and expert dental provider my family has experienced, including my very elderly grandmother. We love the friendly staff, the savvy and friendly hygienists, and the highly professional dentists themselves who are keeping abreast of cutting-edge technology and conducting procedures in-house that we never thought possible! They are more than a great team, they are family!

I have been to lots of dentist in my life and go out of my way to see Dr. John Moore, he is the very best! He is always so kind and compassionate. My poor teeth have undergone a lot of trauma and I would not go to anyone else to treat them! Thanks Dr. Moore and the wonderful hygienist on your staff!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Dentists who tell you your pain is basically in your head and then continue to try and rip your tooth out anyway. I had to stop her because I could still feel everything. Worst dental experience in my life!!!!!

Our family of 5 have been patients at Moore Smiles for years now, since our children were ready to begin their dental care. The pediatric and adult care has been phenomenal. The customer service is exceptional from the front desk staff, I cannot recall a reception team that has been easier or more pleasant to work with. Appointment times are very convenient for before and after work hours. The dental team is knowledgeable, skilled, and make you feel at ease. We have had routine cleanings, as well as procedures like fillings, and all have been done expertly and with attention to our comfort. Best of all, is the compassion. We have received follow-up calls after procedures to ensure we are on the mend and to see if any questions or concerns. HIGHLY recommend!

My appointment was on time and all of the staff was very professional. The hygienist was through and gentle. The dentist explained the necessary treatment. Moore Smiles is a great office.
