Dr. Barb went on to complete her Pediatric Residency at Womens and Childrens Hospital in 1997 and a dental fellowship there in 1998.

In 1998 Dr. Barb became the Director of the Mobile Dental Unit of Chautauqua County, which aims to provide dental care to all children regardless of income and opportunity. Dr. Barb served as the Director until 2013. Service to her community and surrounding areas has always been a passion of Dr. Barbs. She is an avid animal lover (especially to her black Lab, Lucy) and strives to maintain an eco-friendly lifestyle.

I personally think Dr Moore is the best kid's dentist I have ever met. She explained everything to me. If I had any concerns questions or any problems her office staff and Dr Moore were right there to help me along the way. I would highly recommend Moore kids Smiles Pediatric Dentistry.

Our visits here have not been great. One women that cleaned my sons teeth, rushed, was not caring at all, had a harsh tone in her voice when speaking to him. I was very unimpressed. The dr used the words "hold him down" when they needed an X-ray because he was fidgety. I didn't appreciate that said and if the lady who was cleaning his teeth was kinder maybe it would of made him feel more comfortable. We never had issues like this at our previous dentist and it was always positive for my kids and my husband & I. We will not be returning here.

Today was my daughters first appointment and we had a great experience! Great staff! We loved the hygienist and Doctor. I was worried about it being my daughter's first visit but they made her feel so special and she loved it!

We switched my step son here last year. The hygienist and Dr. Moore have been very nice. The office staff on the other hand have been rude. The office isn't open Friday's and they have very limited hours in the afternoon. I refuse to take my step son out of school for a dentist appt. You'd think a pediatric dentist office would be more accommodating to that.

My son was a patient of theirs up until three years ago. No problems the first two visits and then the issues started up. Dr. Moore would guilt me into treatments that I had to pay out of pocket for. She shamed me for not being able to get an X-ray for my sons teeth. He has a very small bite and I'm not forcing him to do something painful to accommodate the films. The staff was polite but rude when it came to disputing a bill I received because they failed to check with our insurance ahead of time. Needless to say when they changed office locations and names but failed to notify all of the clients, I didn't bat an eye on leaving. It made it next to impossible to obtain my sons records on the other hand.
