Dr. Christy Moore completed her Associates of Applied Science degree at Roane State Community College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene at East Tennessee State University. She began her dental career right out of high school, working as a dental assistant while attending school to become a dental hygienist, and eventually attending the University of Louisville School of Dentistry to become a dentist, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2012. Dr. Moore regularly completes continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and continue providing her patients with excellent care, and has received advanced training in providing BOTOX and dermal fillers. She has practiced in the Sweetwater area for over nine years.

Dr. Moore is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is committed to providing exceptional, comprehensive oral health care in a fun, friendly environment where her patients can feel at ease.

Dr. Moore and her husband of over 20 years, Preston, have one daughter Lakyn. Lakyn is currently a junior at the University of Tennessee. Outside of the office, Dr. Moore loves to travel, be out on the lake, visit the ocean, read, watch her daughter play softball and spend time with her family.

Dr. Scotty Devine received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Tennessee Technological University in 1978 and a Master of Science in food technology in 1980. From there, he decided to pursue a career in dentistry and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1985 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Devine has been practicing dentistry since September of 1985 and continues his education by attending three to four two-day seminars each year. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association, and he has also been named #1 Dentist in the 2017 Daily Advocate Readers Choice Awards. He remains completely devoted to providing his patients with excellent, leading-edge dental care! His goal as a dentist is to keep loving and caring for his patients as if they are his family and to keep learning new procedures and technologies.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Devine is a member of the First Baptist Church of Sweetwater. He has been married to his wife, Debbie, for over 30 years, and they have a son, Cody. Dr. Devines hobbies include bike riding, motorcyle riding and boating on Watts Bar Lake.

Dixie has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and has been with our team for nine years. The team is like her family! She loves people and working in dentistry and learns something new every day. Outside of the office, Dixie enjoys spending time with her friends over the weekend.

Lindsay graduated from Roane State Community College in 2012 and is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She has been part of our team for eight years, contributing to our practice through marketing, upholding sterilization standards as outlined by OSHA and coordinating hygiene care. She also became certified in expanded functions in 2021!

Leisa has been a dental assistant since 1995 and joined our team in 2016. She is our implant coordinator and is certified in coronal polishing, dental radiology and nitrous oxide monitoring. She loves all the laughter in our office and watching the practice grow.

Rachel-Ann became a part of our office at the start of 2021. She is a 2018 graduate of Sequoyah High School and graduated from the Knoxville Dental Staff School in 2020. Rachel-Ann is our GLO Girl whitening specialist, but she helps out any way she can and always makes sure that no one who comes through our door is a stranger! In her spare time, she enjoys baking.

Samantha has been a dental assistant since 2006 and has been placing restorations since 2013, so we were excited to have her join our team in July 2021. Samantha is glad to be a part of our great office and enjoys helping our community.

Angela originally graduated from Roane State Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene and joined our team in July 2020. She takes great pride in her profession, utilizing the skills she has seasoned over her career and applying the best care for her patients. She also loves the relationships she has built with all of her patients over the years and looks forward to many more to come here at Moore Smiles!

Angela and her husband have been married for over 15 years and have a son named Bearen. Her favorite hobbies are those that are spent with her family, enjoying the simple things in life. Her favorite time is spent over a campfire, roasting marshmallows with her family.

Cathy has been with our team since June 2020, and she loves the family atmosphere and focus on excellent dentistry here at Moore Smiles, along with our progressive and wonderful stuff. She always does her best to do her best! Cathy is married with three children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys creating stained glass and pottery, boating with her family, and hiking.

Kelsey attended Hiwassee College, where she received her bachelors degree in dental hygiene and became a registered dental hygienist. Kelsey is efficient and loves delivering quality care in such a friendly atmosphere.

In 2020, Misty became a valued member of our team! As our new registered dental hygienist, she enjoys bringing a friendly and positive attitude to our office. Misty is married to her husband, Anthony, and they have two children, Conan and McKayla. In her spare time, she is very active at her church and she loves horseback riding and going camping.

Cortney has been part of the Moore Smiles family for over six years! She loves being part of a team that enjoys having fun as well as providing quality care to our patients. Cortney and her husband, Alex, have two children, Jordan and Landon. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time at the ballfield watching her kids play ball.

After graduating from Dental Staff School in 2013 and receiving her Certified Pharmacy Tech License, Leslie went on to become a part of our practice in 2020 as a registered dental assistant. She takes a special approach to helping our patients feel safe and comfortable during their treatment and she enjoys being a part of our close dental family. Outside the office, Leslie loves to spend time with her family and swim. She is married to her husband, Ralph, and they have two children, Caylee and Landan.

Tee attended dental staff school then joined our team in September of 2021. She loves everything about Moore Smiles! She and her husband, Trampus, have two daughters, seven grandchildren, and an English Bulldog named Tater Tot. In her free time, she enjoys Jeep rides in the mountains and kayaking.
