Antonina | Customer Service Specialist/Bookkeeper Antonina is approaching her 20th anniversary at Moore Family Dental. She is most likely the first warm voice you hear when calling or checking in at the office. She also works with Nancy handling insurance claims and scheduling. She is an avid gardener; often the fruits of her labor can be found around the office.
Eileen | RDH Eileen is a licensed registered dental hygienist and has a specialty in Periodontal Therapy. She is also licensed in anesthesia, provides chairside whitening and various preventative care such as sealants. Furthermore, she has experience in pediatric dentistry. Eileen is very active in the community. For several years, she has presented informational sessions on good oral hygiene habits to local elementary school children as part of the National Childrens Dental Health Month. She also volunteers to the Give Kids a Smile Day sponsored through UB Dental School. Eileen lives in the Town of Tonawanda and is married with four children.
Jackie | RDH Jackie is a licensed registered dental hygienist with a specialty in periodontal therapy. In addition, she is very passionate about the veteran population of Western New York. She has been working with the local office of Veterans Affairs and other volunteers to increase availability of preventative dental care to WNY veterans and their families alike. Jackie resides in the Town of Tonawanda with her husband Justin, her sons, and their family dog. In her free time she enjoys watching her boys play baseball, swimming, and camping as often as she can with family and friends.
Jessica | CDA, RDA, OM Jessica (aka Jlynn) is the office manager. However, she started her dental career at MFD as a dental assistant when she received her certification from UB. Jessica is very caring and energetic. Outside the office, Jessica is busy keeping up with her growing family. You may also see her working the occasional catering job at various places throughout Buffalo. When shes not working, she has a passion for theater, dance, and photography.
Briana | RDH Briana is a dental hygienist who was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She graduated with honors from SUNY Erie dental hygiene program. She is very passionate about making people smile. Briana has worked with all ages with a passion for pediatric care. Although not offered in NY state yet, she hopes to one day further her career by becoming a dental hygiene practitioner. When not at work Briana spends her time with friends, family, and her husband.
Lillian | CDA, RDA Lillian is one of our most recent additions as a registered dental assistant. She graduated with honors from UBs Dental Assisting Program. When she is not working, spends time with her husband and dachshund. She also enjoys reading and cooking.
Merry | CDA, RDH Merry is a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist and complements the practice with her pediatric expertise. Recently receiving an award in patient management, she is a caring, compassionate and loving professional. Although continuing to work with adult patients, Merry wishes to grow her practice further with children. Merry has a Dental Assisting degree and recently graduated from Erie Community College as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is bi-lingual speaking, English and Russian. Merry lives in Sanborn with her husband Roman and daughter Emely.
Nancy | Customer Service / Insurance Specialist Nancy is part of the front office staff and is an integral part of the MFD team. She is often the happy friendly voice you hear when calling the office. Nancys favorite part about working at MFD is the relationship she has with our patients and her coworkers. She lives in Kenmore with her husband Bill and their cat Delilah. She enjoys spending time with her three kids and gardening.
Roxanne | Customer Service Specialist Roxanne is a recent addition to the MFD front office staff. She has many years experience as a medical secretary and is eager to apply her skills to the dental field. She lives in Tonawanda with her husband and enjoys traveling to see her two daughters and grandchildren.
Tiara | CDA, RDA Tiara is our senior dental assistant. She graduated with honors from UBs Dental Assisting Program. She is very knowledgeable about her field of work. She enjoys the hands on aspects of her job, and learning all of the new/innovative technology of the dental field. When she is not working she spends her time with her family.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a payment plan can be designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Moore Family Dental Dr. Michael Moore is a native of the Buffalo, NY area. Raised in Amherst, Dr. Moore attended St. Josephs Collegiate Institute, Canisius College, and finished his education at SUN Y at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He prides himself in keeping up with the most current dental training and equipment. He is a Lumineers and Invisalign certified provider.
Dr. Moore is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and our local dental component the Eighth District Dental Society. Dr. Moore has always been a strong supporter of organized dentistry.

Amazing experience! Had a filling done in in a very short amount of time with no pain. Dentist explained everything as we went. Love it! I'm very happy I have found a great dentist.

I hear many talk about fear of dental procedures, not going because of anxiety! Maybe a traumatic experience at another dentist! Ive had a toothache for 2 days and called Moore Family dental in hopes that I could get some relief! From the moment I talked to Nancy on the phone, she put me at ease and got me in the following day! I was welcomed by Nancy, turned over to Tiara and seen by Dr. Redman! No one likes having teeth removed but in my case it needed to be done! Dr. Redman was kind, he explained everything that was going on and as a team with Tiara put me at ease and the procedure went well! Tiara was excellent! It was difficult for her to get the camera in my mouth and she suggested something that worked perfectly! As a whole I had a great experience and am feeling a lot better! Ty to all of you at Moore Family Dental and I will be back to get regular check ups and cleanings! Thank you! I appreciate you all!

My family and I have have been clients of Moore family dental for 10 plus years. They are honest and tell you what's needed and what's not. Many dentists try to upsell you on procedures that aren't needed. All the employees are nothing but nice and treat you with respect. Jaclyn is an amazing dental hygienist and Dr. Moore makes you feel like family. They explain everything, so you know what's going on in your mouth. My children now enjoy the dentist and taking care of their teeth. Highly recommend for you and your family!

Have been seeing Dr Moore for 10 years now. I have my whole family going and have referred about 6 people who have been very pleased. You can tell he's not pushing unnecessary procedures on you. They are very upfront on any costs not covered by insurance. The dental hygienist is excellent and not rushed at all. Overall I am very pleased with the entire office.

This visit was prior to covid in 2019. I was having sudden pain in my front teeth and called here for first time appointment. Went in the next day and took longer to fill out the paperwork than the actual appointment. I was put in the dental chair. The Dr came in, opened a package of tools and set them on a tray, still in the package and told me to open his mouth. He did not touch me. He did not use any of the tools on the tray, instead he said, "What hurts? I don't see anything?' And that was the end of the visit except for him saying, "Make a follow up visit and get a cleaning too if it's been awhile." He then walked out of the room. For this I was charged $81. I would think someone would at least examine me, or take an X-ray. No, nothing. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I've been a patient of Dr. Moore's for a few years now, and the high quality care is what keeps me coming back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention patient (I have very sensitive teeth and am a baby when it comes to the dentist ). I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a solid dentist/orthodontist. I am currently going through them for Invisalign and they have been amazing through the process.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Everyone is nice and professional. There is a "comfort" level that we feel. I've had to call after hours, and Dr Moore himself called me back immediately, and asked me to text a photo of my dental issue. It was resolved!

Moore Family Dental is amazing. I've been going there for 5 years and even convinced my husband to switch over. The entire staff is so friendly and professional! They took very impressive measures to make their office safe and clean during the pandemic. Eileen gave me great advice for my newborn on how to implement oral care in the upcoming months. I have no hesitation to bring my daughter there for her very first dentist visit!

Chipped my front tooth before going on vacation at 5:05pm on a Friday. Left a voicemail with the office, call was returned Monday morning to get an appointment setup for when I returned to NY. Took only 20 minutes to have my chipped front tooth fixed and it looks great. THANKS!

I have been coming here for almost 10 years now. I got my husband, my daughter, mom, grandparents and a few friends to start coming here. I have always been terrified of the dentist but I actually enjoy coming here. The staff is super helpful and pleasant and the hygienists and dentists are awesome! Highly recommend.

went to Dr. Redman today for an tooth removal extraction. It was a hard tooth to remove. Dr. Rick and his assistant did a great job to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling anything.
