Dr. Ryan Moore was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He attended the University of Maryland on a full athletic and academic scholarship. After playing soccer for the Terrapins he played in Major League Soccer for 2 seasons. He later attended Southern Illinois Universitys School of Dental Medicine where he received his doctorate indental medicine. Hewas honored as Rockfords 40 Leaders Under 40 and became the Winnebago County Dental Societys youngest president.

Dr. Lindsay Moore, a native of Carthage, Illinois, was an accomplished athlete in basketball. She graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University in only 3 years. She received her doctorate degree at Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. An avid runner and mother of three, Dr. Lindsay balances her time between work and family.

Dr. Sam Moore Wallden is originally from Rockford, IL where he attended Rockford Christian High School. He went on to complete his undergraduate education at Calvin College and Southern Illinois University. He recently completed his doctorate at Midwestern University School of Dentistry. Dr. Sam is the cousin of Dr. Ryan Moore and the nephew of Dr. Kelly Moore. A keen reader and meticulous woodworker, Dr. Sam balances his time between his many hobbies.
