Dr. Charles W. Moore is a Tampa native. He attended the University of Tampa and then University of South Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Dr. Charles Moore then furthered his education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Alabama Birmingham. He then completed dental school at the University of Alabama Birmingham, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1999 and his Certificate of Nitrous Oxide Psycho-sedation. Dr. Charles Moore is also maintains an active dental license in the state of Alabama under the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners. He also serves as an examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments, which serves as the licensure exam for dentists and hygienists in the state of Florida. Dr. Moore has been in private practice since 1999, along with his father Curtis R. Moore D.M.D., whom started the practice over 40 years ago in the Tampa Bay Area.

Dr. Charles Moore is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, West Coast Dental Association and Hillsborough County Dental Association. Dr. Moore was voted Americas Top Dentist in 2012 by Consumers Research Council of America. He was also awarded in 2010 and 2013 the Top Dentist Award, which is published in the Tampa Bay Magazine every three years. This award is voted on by his colleagues and recognizes the top dentists in their field of Dentistry in the Tampa Bay Area. Dr. Moore was also voted Americas Best Dentist by National Consumer Advisory Board in 2016. In his spare time, Dr. Moore volunteers his services for the less fortunate at the local Judeo Christian Health Clinic doing oral surgery. He also enjoys the outdoors and traveling, along with spending time with his wife and two children.

In October of 2010, Dr. Charles Moore was awarded fellowship status into the International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI). This status is obtained after over 100 hours of extensive implant training and education, as well as over 40 documented implant cases that were submitted, reviewed and approved by the ICOI. Most recently in November of 2014, Dr. Charles Moore was awarded his Mastership by fellow diplomat recommendation in the International Congress of Implantologists, after submission of 4o implant cases and approved clinicals in conjunction completion of over 100 continuing education hours. This elite status is held by only 27 dentists in the state of Florida. Also in 2014, Dr. Moore was granted Associate Fellowship in the World Clinic Laser & Imaging institute. Dr. Moore has completed specialized training and continuing education in 6 Month Smiles, short term adult cosmetic orthodontic treatment, and Dr. Chaos nationally recognized Pinhole Surgical Technique.

Dr. Curtis R. Moore, DMD is originally from Alabama. He attended Howard University and Sanford University where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees at both universities. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Alalbama at Birmingham in 1962. He served as Captain in the United States Airforce until 1972.

Dr. Curtis Moore is currently an active member in the American Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and is a Life Achievement member of Hillsborough County Dental Association.

Dr. Juliana Chang attended the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelors degree in Biology. She then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Chang practiced in Orlando prior to moving to Tampa. She has gone on service trips to Jamaica and Guatemala and was a volunteer at the Central Florida Dental Outreach to provide free dental treatment to the under served populations in those areas. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Chang values the importance of listening to her patients to thoroughly assess their desires, educating them about their oral health, and providing a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
