Very disappointing experience. I expected a wholistic environment and received a very stressful and substandard experience. They wanted me to come in 30 min earlier then my appointment then made me wait for over 40 min... had lots of X-rays taken and spent an hour and a half having various exams but never got a referral or a treatment plan or pricing. I felt judged by both dentists for having previously had root canals and other traditional dental work done... neither dentist was willing to tell me where or how to start as far as priorities of fixing things. When I was checking out they wanted to charge me more then what was quoted over the phone. I was told the X-rays would be mailed to me but now over 3 weeks later I still haven't received them so I'm not able to get a second opinion from another dentist. I have now followed up with their staff about 6 times and still no one had made it their priority to provide the x-rays I already piad for so I can figure out what is the best treatment option. It is a beautiful office from the outside but felt like a very stressful environment. I was ready to spend thousands getting my oral health overhauled if I was only treated with some kindness and professionalizm.

I am super grateful to Dr. Vane and her team! They saw me for a limited emergency appointment and were wonderful! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Vane is a very knowledgeable and kind dentist and applied holistic expertise to her care. I would highly recommend this practice!

Cassie did a wonderful and thorough job with my deep cleaning today. She checked on me often ensuring I was feeling okay and comfortable. She put a movie on for me to watch during the appointment as well. Cassie informed me of proper home care in my case and what I could do to get my gum health back on track. We did the HR5 at my last visit so we had the results with us today that she was able to utilize for home care instruction. I highly recommend Cassie as she's very knowledgeable and thorough. All four ladies I interacted with during my first visit here; Dr. Nicole Vane, Cassie whom did the majority of my dental work, Abbey and Hayley (I hope I spelled her name right, I apologize if not lol), were very sweet and kind with me and made me feel very welcomed. The general service and vibe of the place is very relaxed, professional and accommodating. It is also very clean and comfortable to be inside. I must also admit that I've never found or met a dentist in real life as opposed to online whose views of health and wellbeing align with my own as much as Dr. Vane's do, although I'm sure plenty of them exist and that gave me a lot of confidence and excitement about becoming a patron and patient of her practice. I look forward to continuing the improvement of my own dental wellbeing with the assistance of all their combined efforts and help. They are very dedicated to what they do and are worth giving a chance compared to conventional dentistry, 10/10 would highly recommend.

These folks are the best. Walked out feeling like they are invested in the quality and impact of their work without feeling like I was taken for a ride or upsold on things I didn't need. Grateful to be under their care, and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit (whaaat?!).

I've been a patient of Moonlight Beach Dental for many years now. I could not be happier. I don't know what took me so long to write a review. Dr. Vane changed my smile and my life! I had a major fear of the dentist (growing up in Ireland and having bad dental experiences) but I no longer get anxious. Sedation changed everything for me and I no longer fear the dentist. If you have a fear of the dentist, please consider sedation. I recently had veneers done and I'm obsessed with my new smile. Dr. Vane is on top of her game keeping up with cutting-edge treatments and technology. Let's just say my mouth was a mess and not an easy task for Dr. Vane but she did an amazing job making my teeth longer, adding in a few zirconia implants, and making my teeth whiter. I can't stop smiling! The new office is beautiful, spotless clean, and has a spa-like zen feeling. I always feel like I'm in great hands. I'm a patient for life! Thanks to Dr. Vane and her wonderful staff.

Best dentist in San Diego! Dr. Vane goes well beyond a routine cleaning. She looks at everything holistically and takes the time to discuss specifics. The office is absolutely beautiful and you'll enjoy watching surfers take on big waves as they clean your pearly whites. :)

Moonlight Beach Dental is the absolute best! Dr. Vane is a true artist with amazing attention to detail. She transformed my smile in the least painful and most cost effective way. The office is so welcoming and I always receive the best service from the staff. Highly recommend!

I LOVE, LOVE Dr.Vane. I've been her patient for the past 10 years. She is one of the most kind, caring and knowledgeable dentist I know. I really can't say enough good things about her. She and her staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and highly skilled. She always has the latest technology for all the procedures. Dr. Vane is always concerned to make sure that her patients understand exactly what is going on with their teeth and gums, and she is very gentle. Her new office is beautiful and so peaceful. I think that there are few health care professionals who take their work as seriously as Dr. Vane. I am very happy that I have found her , and I highly recommend her to everyone I know. She is truly the best in all aspects .

Dr. Vane came highly recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a new dentist after moving closer to the coast. My desire was to fix a broken crown and make my smile the best it could be. Dr. Vane and her staff discovered that I needed a deep teeth cleaning and discussed some other work that would help my mouth look and be it's best. They have done an excellent job helping me slowly improve my overall dental health,. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. And, the ambience is very spa-like. Dr. Vane is an excellent dentist, who's focus is on a whole health approach, using the best materials, techniques, and state of the art technology. I highly recommend Moonlight Dentistry, for all your dental needs.

I found this dental group to be rude and unprofessional. When i complained about poor service, the manager simply froze my account and said i couldn't schedule with them anymore. Stay away from these people.

Moonlight beach dental provides quality dental services. Though, the office management is disorganized, slow to respond and unreliable. I started receiving care prior to their relocation and continued into the new office. That move came with a lot of improvements like a larger office, but the quality of communication and organization within management went down greatly. They misplaced records, asked for multiple payments, returned phone calls 5+ days later ( late Friday afternoon an hour prior to closing). Aside from that Dr. Vane is noticeably rushed and rude to her employees. She does do very detailed oriented work with the highest quality materials ( my original draw to the office). Her bedside manner leaves much to be desired, she lacks a level of empathy and compassion that is too impactful on my experience. I have discontinued my care with moonlight beach dental and will no longer recommend this office to others, as I once did.
