I've been a patient of Dr. Robinson for several years now. They are a very caring group. Having my teeth cleaned is now a social event where I get to catch up with the staff, who I now consider friends. Dr. Robinson is very skilled and is at the forefront of technology. I've had crowns made while I waited in the chair, rather than getting a temporary and coming back in a few weeks to have the permanent one fitted. I've never had a problem getting an appointment scheduled to my liking, unless WKU is playing in the finals somewhere (haha!). I'll keep going to Dr. Robinson as long as he's working!

I haven't had a dental visit in several years, but everyone at Moondog Dentistry were professional & courteous & eased my anxiety. Dr. Robinson was simple & straightforward in explaining what my care needs were & what my choices were regarding treatment options. Highly recommend this dental office.

I mistook this office as being in network for my dental insurance but when I arrived I was told it was not but it wasn't a big deal and they would get it covered, this happens all of the time. I just wanted a simple teeth cleaning. They insisted on doing X-rays and I said not unless it is covered. A year later I got a giant bill in the mail for this simple procedure. They did reduce it but it was still very high for the work done. The dentist and assistant were both very nice but I feel like I was misled and paid the price for it. If you are not in network do not listen to them, you will not be covered and will have to pay an exorbitant amount.

Very displeased with their service. The service was extremely slow, the appointment was over 2.5 hrs! When I finally got called back, they said my daughter had 15 cavities! No print out showing where the cavities were. He had me look at his computer screen showing me all these pictures of areas of her teeth that he said had cavities. I had to ask repeatedly which tooth he was talking about. We decided to get a second opinion at a different dentist (who took another set of x-rays) and they found 0 cavities. ZERO! The second dentist was dumbfounded at how there could be such a huge mistake.

I've been going to Dr. Robinson since I was 10 years old. They have had pretty much the same people the whole time besides some of the ladies that are close to my age of course. It is always a delight to go to the dentist with them.
