Sydney is the clinical coordinator for our Moon Signature Dentistry team. She fulfills multiple roles within the practice, from new patients and contact to ensuring your dental experience is a great one.
Dr. Moon attended Loyola College where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish. After graduating, she spent a year conducting breast cancer research at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. There she realized her love of caring for patients and began her journey to become a dentist.
In 2007, Dr. Moon completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her General Practice Residency at New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center in conjunction with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Moon has practiced family dentistry all around the country and is happy to build her own practice here in Olathe.
Dr. Moon enjoys traveling, golfing, and cooking, but most of all, she loves spending time with her children and family. Her daughters Sophia, Isabel and Grace are the inspiration behind the SIG in Signature!
Her strong core value of 'Family' stems directly from the love of her mother, father and older brother. In fact, her parents even relocated from NJ to Kansas to be closer to their grandchildren! They have instilled a solid foundation of support, respect, and kindness that has helped shape Dr. Moon into the caring person that she has become.

Dr. Moon is very thorough in her examinations and incredibly kind and patient with my daughters (age 5 and 7). She takes extra time to explain things and address concerns. The dental hygienist is also kind and patient with young kids. The facility is clean and front office staff are responsive and also attentive to concerns and questions. I highly recommend Moon Signature Dentistry.

If you are looking for a dentist office that is high energy and more like family than business... look no further. My daughyer and I left out family dentist to come to Dr. Moon and she is AMAZING! She has a way of explaining her work like no other. She is great with kids as well! My daughter loves her. I recommend to everyone! She is so sweet! And her staff is A-1! They match her energy!

Dr. Moon and her staff are awesome! Both my wife and I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Moon takes the time to talk to her patients and get to know them to help battle any dental anxiety! She's very personable and empathetic which are both pluses! I highly recommend Dr. Moon!

Moon Dentistry was a very nice experience. I am not sure if I have been at all the wrong dentists my whole life and finally found the right place for my family and I....but I feel like saying......"Where have you been all my life!" Dr. Beverly Moon and her staff were all so knowledgeable in the smallest of details. They took the extra time to explain why something was happening as well as not only the routine way to prevent certain issues, but shared extra tips and tricks on how to avoid issues. Im 40 yrs old and it took until now for a dentist to tell me I may be brushing too hard with my electrical toothbrush, but not only tell me this, but show me what it does to my mouth with images. Same with my children, Dr Moon and her staff not only kept my kids engaged (I have 3 teenage kid) but they thought she was super nice and the conversations they had were fun all while teaching them new things about their mouths. That in itself, hands down, will be the reason we continue to go back time and time again. I would highly recommend!

My mom is a kind of difficult patient because of her health history. The assistant was so very helpful, patient and cheerful helping fill out the forms. Dr. Moon came in and had already reviewed her history and asked really good questions. She was great at explaining what was going on and put my mom at ease. So glad we came in.

I do like to cut up and have fun. My dentist @moonsignaturedentistry told me to cut out the shannigans yesterday I encourage yall to go see Dr. Moon she is excellent at what she does. I like that she explained what and how she was gonna help my dental hygiene with visual aids. The staff is warm and courteous. There is a TV on the ceiling, did you hear me? I watched sportscenter while I was getting my work done. Good times! Thanks @moonsignaturedentistry

We've been so pleased with Dr. Moon and her staff! A phenomenal office! We recently moved to the area and called around to at least 7-8 dental offices to inquire about transferring our family of 6 to, but the kindness and timeliness of Dr. Moon's response made such an impression on us. Dr. Beverly Moon is absolutely wonderful! Not only does she do a wonderful job explaining and showing you photos of exactly what is going on, she is very patient and kind. She is wonderful with my children and knows how to say things in ways that a child can understand and not be afraid of the dentist! I have never had so much attention to every detail about my gums and tips to help me brush as I have gotten with her. Give her a chance you will not regret it! Her office is employed with friendly staff, and has a calming and beautiful atmosphere!
