Call them for appointments, leave a message, never get back from them. Do not understand why it should be so difficult. They do not have to advertise, changing the front desk should make more difference

Dr. Moon is a pretty cool dude, makes me feel calm in a place that i hate, we chat about sports and other random stuff in office. Hes fast, gets in there and gets his stuff done and im out. Wife and I enjoy our visits. I do agree with some of the poor reviews on here though; its hard to get the phones answered and or get an appointment. You hit the lotto if someone answers the phone so for now stuck making appointments in person...

While the back staff is very accommodating, Dr. Moon seems like a great guy, the staff in the front are short to where it almost seems rude. That and the fact that it's extremely difficult to get an appointment. When you call? They don't answer. You have to leave a message and they'll call you back when their time permits. Tomorrow? Whatever, it's fine to them. It should not be that difficult when you're trying to give them money. That process should be 10 times easier and not so hard.

Why is it so hard to make an appointment? Why don't they return calls when you leave a message? Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone? Why is it that your hours said 8-5 but no one is there at 8? I've been trying to make an appointment with them for months. This is ridiculous.

I went in the office trying to inquire about pricing because I needed a root canal. Well long story short...I think the staff at the front desk is not friendly. They were very dry and short with me.
