It takes many different people with specific roles, all working together to create a successful dental practice. Dr. Gluck places high importance on recruiting and retaining the best dental staff possible. Our patients know they're getting the most ethical, highly-motivated, and well-qualified treatment when they visit our office.
Karen, our office manager, has been with the practice for over 25 years and has worn (and continues to wear at times) many hats over those years which makes her qualified in many different aspects of clinical and non-clinical dentistry. Her wealth of information from the clinical to the business/insurance aspects is enormous and her talent to thoroughly explain all aspects of dentistry and insurance policy to our patients we feel is unmatched in her field. Her constant composure with patients no matter what the circumstances is a testament to her compassion, her integrity, and her care for each and every patient's needs.
Dr. Kenneth Gluck, a Board Certified Periodontist, attended New Jersey Dental School where he spent seven years of study, earning his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), obtaining his certificate as a specialist in the field of Periodontics, and receiving a Masters in Dental Science. Dr. Gluck currently works in private practice but is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in the department of periodontics. He has authored articles which discuss implant dentistry and the effects of diabetes on periodontal disease. During his training in periodontics, he learned traditional periodontal therapy as well as implant surgery and its associated procedures. He had the opportunity to train on five top implant systems and discover the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of implant manufacturers.
Dr. Gluck was also involved in researching one of the more destructive bacteria involved in certain forms of aggressive periodontal disease during his training, which received a prestigious award at Michael Balbo Day. At his graduation, he also received the Dental Student Award by the American Academy of Periodontology in recognition of outstanding achievement in periodontics. As Chief Resident in the periodontal department at UMDNJ, he dedicated himself to the program and his fellow co-residents, working hard not only to maintain the status quo but to enhance the experiences and training received during residency.
Karen has been the Office Manager/Dental Implant Coordinator in our practice since 1996. She is cross-trained as a chairside assistant as well as a front desk receptionist. Karen has excellent communication skills and will navigate our patients through their treatment plans and financial responsibilities. She lives in Rockaway with her husband and son, her dog Mika and cat named Puff.
Crystal has been the primary surgical assistant for a number of years helping Dr. Dimaira and Dr. Gluck. She portrays a knowledge, skill set, and experience way beyond her years and has a comforting smile and demeanor about her that puts our patients at ease. Crystal will review all instructions with the patient verbally (even though all patients receive a written handout) and answer any questions the patient might have prior to starting any procedure. She cares about each and every one of our patients and will make follow-up calls in the days following treatment in order to check on their healing and answer any questions or concerns.

I have always been afraid and always had bad experiences at dentists, periodontists, etc. I'm 50 years old And for the first time in my ENTIRE life when having an implant , bone graph , implant , ect .... FELT NO PAIN ! I was so nervous I was shaking the staff was so wonderful!!!! I was calm so quickly they had easily relaxed and defused my fear which is not easily done at all!!! IM GRATEFUL TO THE ENTIRE STAFF !!!!!!! HAPPY UGLY CRY . THEY SAVED ME AND MADE IT PROFESSIONAL AND AS EASY AS POSSIBLE IF you do t know where to go for help ..... GO HERE !!!!!!!! Amazing place to be. I had a fear of going to the dentist for many years, after going to Dr. Gluck at Montville my fear does not consume me. Let me start with the staff, Donna the first face I saw made my welcome just that, welcome. She explained the insurance part and the cost (which is amazing) easy, thank you. Then Crystal the assistant is so sweet and friendly, thank you. Dr. Gluck thank you for your understanding of my fear and allowing my husband to come with me for my first deep cleaning and for insuring me of my outcome, again thank you. Alicia, WOW, thank you so much. I felt so at ease with your present that I didn't need my support to come with me the second visit. You are exactly what Dr. Gluck said you will be, compassionate, thank you. That staff and doctor are most definitely keepers. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

What a great experience!! The office takes what is normally a stressful part of your schedule and makes it feel like home. They are friendly and really care about doing the right thing which I can't say for many other places. 10 out of 10!!

Dr Gluck is the most compassionate.. professional periodontist He is amazing at what he does...I am a dental assistant for a pediatric dentist.. that understands my fears for dentists and Recommend Montville periodontics (Dr Gluck)..and he was right I can't say enough about how gentle and understanding he and his staff worked me threw my procedures!!! went in to see what they could do and were super helpful in terms of payment and giving me options for care. all of the employees seem happy to be there- a sign they are treated well and paid well and that's honestly rare to find now a days. i appreciate the office as a whole... from the caring/nice doctor to the lady taking my xrays to the one making my appointments- positive experience overall
