Absolutely horrible. The Dentist told me I needed a new crown because the crown that fell off yesterday would not go back on. I didn't. I needed a new dentist. He had the crown on backwards. Incompetent. An assistant who is still there after Dr. Walter retired had to fix it. She was great, the dentist, not so much. Dr. Walter and his staff were great. This new crew is a disaster. Go someplace else if you want to work with highly trained professionals.

UPDATE: I am not pleased now that Dr. Walter has sold the practice and retired. Those that took over should of let Dr. Walter's patients know he retired. The once cozy and inviting waiting room now feels cold and unwelcoming. My favorite dental hygienist has become pushy, most likely getting pressure from the new management but still. The young dentist who examined my teeth had awful chairside manner. Dr. Walter was an honest and good guy, these new people, yikes! They lost me as a patient. ---------- Dr. Walter is fantastic and so is the dental hygienist I always request Van. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and greet me with a smile. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist in the area.

First time here and took some time but the staff was very professional and helpful. Impressed with the modern equipment and knowledgeable staff. Good team!!!

Dr. Walter is very honest and an excellent dentist. He corrected a problem with my tooth that another dentist was charging me $$$ to fix. He saved me $500 for a treatment that was actually covered by insurance. Highly recommended dentist and his entire staff! Dr. Walter is the best. God bless his beautiful heart.

Today was my first time at Dr. Walter's dentist office and I had the greatest experience. I had such a thorough cleaning and Dr.Walter was so nice and honest. Thanks to the staff too for being so pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend .. so happy I made the move here!

Great dentist! Very friendly, and more importantly, they don't "find" problems that aren't there and never push products you don't need. It's hard to find a good dentist like this.

The services are good, Dr Walters and the dental crew are doing a good job. However, the front desk is on a downward spiral. They had a great admin, Sue, who left for a different practice. Ever since then it was a complete disaster. We would get emails and text confirming our upcoming appointments, however, those appointments didn't exist! They would call to remind us of appointments that we never made, on a completely different date and time! When we told them that those were incorrect, they would argue with us that we are wrong, meanwhile we have the black and white confirmation of the original appointment that they argue we never made. This happened multiple times. The new admin Lindsey is absolutely clueless, I have never seen anyone so incompetent. Very sad. Dr. Walters looks like a good guy, down to earth, he should know that the front office has a lot to do with the success of the practice. Sue juggled it like a pro, and Dr. Walters not doing anything in his power to keep her employed is going to affect his success. I honestly cannot deal with the front desk nonsense anymore. There are plenty of other good practices out there with competent admins that could use our business, and I am positive we are not the only ones who go separate ways.

One of the most painless Cavity jobs I've ever had done. Was in at 4 out after 5 took no more than a little over 30 mins. Works with delta dental and if you need to have a payment plan. Just talk With them and work out how this can be arranged. Suite D2 off River Rd in Montville, NJ near Lake Hiawatha as well.

Dr. Walter is the best Dentist. He gives you honest feedback and never suggests procedures unless you absolutely need it. When I did require a filing it was the most painless procedure I've ever had done. Thank you so much Dr. Walter.

I've been going to this practice many years. The staff is friendly and competent and always helpful. I highly recommend them. Dr. Walter once opened his office on A Christmas weekend that it was closed because I had a very painful toothache, just to treat me.

I've been going to Dr. Walter's office for over 20 years and he is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I've moved out of the area a few times and tried others but there is no comparison! Dr. Walter is extremely knowledgable, courteous and always has an answer for any issues you might have. I would highly recommend him to others in the North Jersey or downstate NY area.

Having been a patient of Dr. Walter for over 17 years, I was not surprised to see how the staff have risen to the occasion in keeping patients safe during COVID. Recently in for cleaning and exam, my favorite dental hygienist, Van was thorough as always and put me right at ease. Seeing Dr. Walter regularly has helped me keep my family's dental health a priority through the years. Flexible hours, friendly professional staff and the best dentist in the area!
