Extremely unprofessional. Do NOT expect them to explain anything correctly. Even if you ask them direct questions, you will not receive a direct answer. These people will do whatever they want without any consideration for what it may do to you. Be very careful when dealing with them.

Unbelievable that this office would move forward with a $2000 procedure without checking to see if it was covered by insurance! I called and asked that very important question when I schedule the appointment and was told yes! They take my insurance. Guess what? They dont!

They have really stuck with me to make sure I was ok. The extraction was more than expected and the consequent issues were painful, but they really have worked with me to get it right. Great team and wonderful people. Thank you for everything.

Both doctors are amazing and so are the nurses; always felt welcomed and comfortable to get 2 surgery's.

The surgery went well, but I was a little concerned that no one wore gloves when administering my IV. When they prescribed me the pain medications for recovery, I would have loved a warning about how mixing anxiety medications and opioids could cause an overdose. I almost had to learn that the hard way. My gums are feeling much better though.

My daughter was hurt in an accident and required there services. Very professional, was able to get her in and care for her even staying late. She was well taken care of and I would recommend if you ever need there services, to go there! Very professional. Great service!

Rude front desk I think.. Judgemenal. And that nurse who was helping the doctor didn't help. I didn't appreciate her tone. Only because I'm scared of nothing more than people in my mouth and needles.... You could have been more comforting. Traumatic experience. If you have someone getting their wisdom teeth out, who is like extremely scared DON'T come here!

Dr. Cayo was the only oral surgeon I could find who was confident enough in his abilities to allow me to get my wisdom teeth removed without general anesthesia. I have had a lifelong anxiety disorder that revolves around needles and he was the only reason I could get this done. He is a treasure and not the creepy, know it all physician who can't take input. Trust him and you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Boisen and the entire team are the highest representation of professionalism and competency. My regular dentist referred me to Dr Boisen and the team for an extraction, bone graft and implant given the history of surgeries to that site from a bike accident 30 years ago. (He performs implants but advised me clearly he was not touching my tooth). (To be clear: I like my dentist- just sharing that my case was not a simple one, sadly). So, off to Montrose Oral Surgery I went. Right from jump street you know you are in skilled, caring hands. These folks take their work seriously while being lovely and fun at the same time. They have advanced technology equipment, the place is spotless and the caliber of health professional is clear in each and every interaction. After each of my 3 procedures over a 9 month period, Dr. Boisen personally called to see how I was doing. Inbetween I'd have scans and follow ups which were always confirmed and I never had more than a two minute wait in the lobby. We are so fortunate to have such skilled, caring professionals here on the West Slope. I can't say enough good things based on my experience.

No COVID screening has me concerned for my safety! Staff is friendly and professional and equipment is high-tech. Everything about my procedure went well. Im concerned for my safety because they did not require screening or COVID questionnaire before they brought me into the operating room. Skipping this step can put their staff and patients at risk.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Boisen today. I could not be more satisfied with her and Kali. I was pretty scared and uneasy but Kali did a great job of calming me down and making me feel better. Shes the best. So is Dr. Boisen of course!

The staff was great and they squeezed us in for a wisdom teeth extraction when we needed it. Thanks so much for your excellent work!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Boisen just yesterday. I could not be more satisfied with her and her staff. They made me feel safe and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Boisen!

This was the most pleasant experience I've had getting a tooth pulled. Leora was like a five star restaurant's best wait staff, anticipating my needs; Dr. Cayo got the local anesthesia just right and got the tooth out without breaking it (which I was afraid might happen due to its condition). I feel blessed I chose Montrose Oral and highly recommend them!!
