Dr. JosMontoya was born in Nicaraguabutmovedto Florida in the 1980s with his family. As he grew up, Dr. Montoya would watch his father, a medical doctor, take care of patients. This helped Dr. Montoya recognize his own love for the health sciences.

Inspired to help people likehis father did, Dr.Montoya received a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Southern Adventist University. He then continued his education byattendingthe University of Tennessee in Memphis to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Montoya worked steadily to perfecthis hand skills while Dr. Ramsey completed her training. Drs. Montoya and Ramsey relocated to Dallas in 2009 but were drawn to Rowlett by family and the warmth of the community. They decided to openMy Mouth Dental, named for the way Dr. Montoya likes to practice dentistry as if he were working in his own mouth.

Because he enjoys putting smiles on all of his patients' faces, he is dedicated to continued education. Dr. Montoya recently completed a six-month implant preceptorship at the University of Texas at San Antonio to ensure he can provide his patients with the latest techniques and best possible care. He has also continued his orthodonticstraining in the FASTBRACES system an orthodontic program specifically designed for adults with all permanent teeth and minor alignment problems.

In his spare time, Dr. Montoya enjoys spending time with loved ones, exercising, looking at cars, and trying new and interesting restaurants. Together, Drs. Montoya and Ramsey are raising their children,Elizabeth 'Ellie' Montoya, born in 2014, and Calero 'Cal' Montoya, born in 2016, in the hopes thatone day they will also be interested in a career in dentistry.

The team here made it possible for me to be seen same day, provided me with the referrals I needed to the places they trust, and everyone provided an AMAZING experience! Dr. Ashley Ramsey has always loved working with children. A native of Tennessee, she grew up babysitting and working as a camp counselor with children of all ages. At the same time, Dr. Ramsey had a love for the sciences, leading her to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

While in college, Dr. Ashley Ramsey became interested in dentistry and spent time observing numerous dental specialists to determine which type of dentistry would be a good fit for her. As soon as she visited the first pediatric dental office, she knew she had found what she wanted to do. Dr. Ramsey earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Duringher training, Dr. Ramsey met fellow Tennessee alum, Dr. Jose Montoya, whom she married in 2008. Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Montoya relocated to Dallas in 2009, but have made the Rowlett, TX, area their home to be closer to family and to enjoy lakeside living.

When Dr. Ramsey is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, reading, and exercising. Drs. Ramsey and Montoya have two childrenElizabeth 'Ellie' Montoya, born in 2014, and Calero 'Cal' Montoya, born in 2016.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, and are quick to help patients get comfortable. My daughter had a phenomenal experience and she is only two! I will definitely be making this our dentist from now on.

Dr. Neha Khanolkar is from Plano, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in business administration. After graduating from UT Dallas, Dr. K attended Texas A&M College of Dentistry where she received her dental degree.

A part-time artist and painter, Dr. K loves being a dentist because she can work with her hands while making a difference in her patients lives. Her profession allows her to combine art and science to deliver results that make her patients smile. Dr. K strives to provide quality dental care every day while fostering long-lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Khanolkar is a member of the American Dental Association, the nations leading dental organization. Because of her membership, Dr. K has access to resources that allow her to provide her patients with the latest practices and procedures.
