Dr. Montini received a top-notch education and exceptional dental training with a specialty in orthodontics. After graduating from The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, he earned a degree in Biological Science from Florida State University with Magna Cum Laude distinction. In 2002, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with honors.
He completed his three-year residency in orthodontics at the University of Florida in 2005 while also earning a Master of Science degree for research on the perceptions of facial esthetics following jaw surgery.
Along the way, Dr. Montini was a collegiate athlete and an accomplished artist. As an undergraduate, he earned a varsity letter in cross-country, indoor track, and outdoor track. He was awarded the ACC Post-Graduate Scholarship for excellence in academics, athletics, leadership, and service.
Closely aligned with his longtime love of drawing, painting, and sculpting, he completed his masters research in facial esthetics. He believes his artistic background gives him a unique skill set as an orthodontist who bridges art with science.
Dr. Montini maintains an active life outside of work. Family time is a priority and he and his wife, Karin, have two growing boys who keep them plenty busy. They enjoy attending their sporting events and other activities at school.

Dr. Aylin Mazzuoccolo aka Dr. Mazz grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to the Gainesville area to attend the University of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree and went on to continue her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
As a senior in dental school, Dr. Mazz was selected into the Advanced Education Honors Program for Orthodontics. She completed her orthodontic training in the three-year Orthodontic Residency Program at the University of Florida. In her final year of the program, she served as Chief Resident and graduated with a specialty certificate in orthodontics, as well as a Master of Science in Dental Sciences.

Dr. Montini is fantastic and his Gainesville office is awesome! So full of energy and you don't spend alot of time waiting. He is great at being sure to give you options and doesn't tell you something that can't be delivered just to tell you what you want to hear. I can't recommend Dr. Montini and his staff enough!

A great big Thank You to Dr. Montini and his staff. And, I want to give special thanks to Sarah and Diane for all their help and support during my prolonged Invisalign treatment. Everyone in the practice was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful during the entire process. Dr. Montini is the best! He makes his patients feel very comfortable and takes the time to explain every aspect of the treatment in detail. I am so happy with the end result - straight teeth and a smile I can be proud of!

Montini did an amazing job on my daughter NeNe she just got her spacers removed and her new retainers she looks amazing he addressed all my concerns very polite staff my daughter felt at ease the whole time the doctor was very good with my daughter that is very young they are all really kind, you can tell they love their job thank you all so very much!! Her before and afters were amazing. I definitely recommend.
