We have been going to monticello family dentistry since we moved to Monticello. My whole family loves it here. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. They work with you for payments and are affordable. We will never go anywhere else. Recently I had a tooth ache and they got me in 2 hours later. I was so grateful.

Monticello Family Dentistry is fantastic. They are great with scheduling and often have same day appointments. They are really good working with children and helping them feel at ease. Several times when fillings were needed, they were able to do them on the spot. We always feel welcome here. Thanks!

I called this place and they not only cancel my appointments and I waited 3 months prior but they told me that they don't accept the states insurance AND I was inactive since 2020! It was covid. Who wants to go any where? The front office told me 2 different things and pointed fingers at me telling me that it is my fault that I never receive a text message or a phone call. Horrible service and I cannot believe what they were telling me. I am so upset that I am shaking. I called and waited for 3 months. I don't recommend this place to anyone, 2 different people telling me two different things! And the lady in the front hung up on me. This office has no respect and I will never come here again. If this is how I am going to be tried then I rather find somewhere else. If I had a choice for no stars, I would not give them any stars. I am not only disappointed but I am upset this use to be my childhood dentistry. I can't say the same for my daughter.

Shout out to the entire staff at Monticello Family Dentistry for all their kindness and help with my mother in law and her insurance. They took time to make phone calls and answer all of our questions. They have our vote.

I can't say enough good things about Monticello Family Dentistry!! Everyone is so welcoming, from to front desk to the clinical staff! My family loves going to the dentist now because we are so comfortable here. We are confident in any treatment needed or recommendations given to us. So happy we chose to switch offices! We recommend them to everyone!

Our whole family absolutely love this place. We have been coming here for over 7 years. There is no reason for us to even think about going or looking elsewhere. From walking in the door to walking out absolutely everyone is very professional. Almost ZERO turnover almost ALL of the same people here from 7 years ago. Would not change a thing. Monticello Family Dentistry knows all of our family member's names and we like it that way. Thank you for everything.

I would highly recommend MFD. Very friendly and clean. We love getting our teeth cleaned from Krissy! She does a very thorough job but is always gentle. Great for all ages!
