After growing up in Kingsport, Dr. Montgomery attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University Of Tennessee Health Science Center at Memphis. Upon completion of his dental degree, Dr. Montgomery returned to Kingsport in 1987 to become a partner in practice with his father, Dr. Robert Montgomery, at Chestnut Grove Dental Building.
Building on a family tradition of involvement, Dr. Montgomery has continued to volunteer his time in the local community in several different areas. One of the key areas of interest at this time is promoting and improving education for children having served on the Kingsport Board of Education from 2003 - 2015.
Dr. Montgomery believes that being a member of professional organizations is paramount in the pursuit of excellence in any profession. Since graduating from dental school his has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the First District Dental Society serving in various positions. His is also a member of the East Tennessee Academy of Dental Practice Administration and the former Mountain Empire Study Club.
Dr. Montgomery is a Fellow in the American College of Dentist, an honor bestowed upon a dentist by its members with only 3.5% of all dentists being recognized. The mission of the ACD is to advance excellence, ethics, professionalism and leadership in Dentistry. Also Dr. Montgomery is a member of the International College of Dentist. The ICD, an honorary organization, is recognized around the world as the preeminent international dental organization. One of the Objectives of the College is to advance the art and science of dentistry for the health and welfare of the public internationally.
Dr. Diminick grew up in Kingsport, where he attended Dobyns Bennett High School. Dr. Diminick then went to the University of Tennessee and received a degree in kinesiology. Dr. Diminick received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center at Memphis. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Diminick returned to Kingsport to provide quality dental care for the community.
Dr. Diminick believes in giving back to the community, and has volunteered his time to provide dental work at several local dental organizations. Dr. Diminick believes in continuous involvement in professional organizations to maintain clinical excellence. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. Dr. Diminick is committed to providing excellence in dentistry to the Tri Cities area.

Meredith is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been with Montgomery Dental Associates since 2013. She has been a RDA since 2007 and has worked in general dentistry as well as oral surgery. She enjoys spending time with her husband, her little boy and her dog, 'Ruby'. She also loves all outdoor activities and reading.
Michelle has been with Montgomery Dental Associates since 2004. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at ETSU in 2003. She has experience in general dentistry as well as pediatrics. She enjoys being able to help her patients improve their oral health and building a relationship with them. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and son. She also loves being at home with her dog, 'Devo' the whippet, and cat, 'Spaz'. She is active in her church and loves helping with the Youth Group.
Pam graduated from ETSU as a Hygienist and joined Montgomery Dental Associates in 2020. She lives in Church Hill with her husband, Chris, and their enormous Labradoodle, Connor. She has an awesome son, Brent, and two awesome step-sons, Brandon and Chris. She loves spending time with her mom and traveling with family.
Robin recently joined our team with 32 years of dental experience . She is a Kingsport native and has 2 children and a grandson that is ' the sunshine of her life '. Robin enjoys traveling , gardening , concerts and riding motorcycles .
Jennie received her dental assisting license in 2020 and has been with Montgomery Dental Associates since completion of the program. She enjoys helping patients feel more comfortable during dental treatment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Alfie.
Angel received her dental assisting license from Northeast State Community College in 2021. She started with Montgomery Dental Associates straight out of school. She enjoys being outdoors and hanging out with friends and family.
