We are proud to announce that Dr. Marc L. Montgomery officially became an Accredited Fellowed Member of the AACD on November 18, 2014. He received his medallion on-stage from the Fellowship Chairman of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in May of 2015. This is the highest dental credential that can be attained in the AACD.
Where accreditation requires passing 5 highly complex esthetic clinical cases, Fellowship requires passing 45 of 50 highly complex esthetic clinical cases. These 50 cases need to address a variety of different problems with anterior teeth ranging from broken teeth, worn teeth to crowded and missing teeth. He joins an influential group of dentists from around the world. The American Society for Dental Aesthetics (ASDA) began forty years ago by the Father of Aesthetic Dentistry, Dr. Irwin Smigel. No other aesthetic dental society of its kind was in existence. Today, they are a highly-respected select group of cosmetic dentists who others acknowledge for their commitment to dental excellence through continuing education.
Dr. Montgomery has been voted Top Dentist by Mpls/St Paul magazine 7 times in a row (2000, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013). The AACD Smile Gallery Competition took place at the Annual AACD Scientific Conference. The cosmetic dentists submitted before and after photographs of cosmetic cases they have done that year. There are typically 300+ entries every year. All entries were judged by an anonymous panel of Accredited AACD members. To maintain anonymity the entries were coded so the judges do not know who the contestants are. Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were given to the top entries.
This prestigious competition was the only one in the world and it showcased AACD members clinical skills in cosmetic dentistry. It was open to all AACD members and determined the best of the best in clinical cosmetic dentistry.
Debbis smiling face is the first you will see when you come to our office. Debbi has been in the dental field since 1983 and enjoyed a career as a Dental Assistant before moving to the Business Office in 1995.
Debbi has developed a full depth in the understanding of all aspects of dentistry. She not only runs all the business parts of the office but also has a tremendous understanding of dentistry. She loves helping all of our patients with their financial and scheduling needs along with answering their dental questions too. She is great at what she does and we are lucky to have her on our team.
One of her hobbies is traveling, and one of her modes of transportation is hopping on the back of her husbands Harley Davidson to see as much of the country as possible. Debbis other pastimes include reading, bike riding, and cross stitching.

Where do I even begin? I've been seeing Dr. Montgomery and his staff for a few years now. My biggest regret is that I didn't find out about him until after I got a really bad job done by another dentist. I remember the first day I walked in his office, I was in tears. I was re-assured by his staff that I was in good hands. I met with him and upon talking to him, I felt a sense of relief and knew he was going to take good care of me. I've had two implants and four crowns done by Dr. Montgomery and I'm more than happy with them.. He did an amazing job! I can't trust anyone else now and I recommend him to my family and friends all the way 110%! Dr. Montgomery is highly knowledgeable and is very personable. He treats each case personally and carefully. One of the things I like about him is that he has a technique that he uses so that when you have to get numb, you can barely feel the pinches and it's already done! If you want a job well done and exceptional service, Dr. Montgomery is the person to go to. You won't regret it! Highly recommend! I get tons of compliments on my new smile now! His work truly shows for itself!

Montgomery Dental Care has been my go to place for fourteen years. They are always very patient-friendly. Always make sure you are very comfortable. Awesome dentist and dental assistants. Very personable. Saw that a previous dentist had left some glue on one of my teeth and was able to remove it. Also noticed that I grind my teeth and made me a device to wear at bedtime to prevent damage. Doesn't take MA insurance, so I pay out of pocket. Gave me a free electric toothbrush and every time I go in, they give me free toothpaste, floss, chapstick, etc. Thank you!

I have been working with Dr. Montgomery and his staff for over 20 years to reconstruct my teeth after an accident. Each session, every concern, fear, question and issue has been met with informative responses, state of the art planning and excellent skill. Above all they treat me with the utmost respect and kindness. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for me the way they do. I recently flew in from Florida, to have oral surgery and temporary veneers on my front teeth. I was relieved that the surgeon also was incredibly kind, informative, and skilled. Dr. Montgomery worked seamlessly with Dr. Meiser to create a beautiful solution for my front teeth. Dr. Montgomery has taken my recovery from a difficult accident and created a beautiful smile, for me, that I can be proud of.

Dr. Montgomery replaced my crowns and added veneers after I initially came for help with a 20 year old broken crown. From the beginning, Dr. Montgomery was extremely helpful with creating different options to choose from that could fit my budget, and he was always flexible with my needs and schedule. He, along with the office staff were always very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The entire process was well-laid out from the beginning and went very smooth. I absolutely love the results and would highly recommend Dr. Montgomery and his staff to anyone considering cosmetic dentistry.

I was seen in fall of 2019 for veneers for my 2 front teeth. Dr.Montgomery was very thorough in our consultation, and was patient with my many questions and photos of reference. Every other dentist I met for a consult wanted to do 4-6 teeth and that's not what I wanted. I wanted to keep my perfectly imperfect teeth the way they are, as that adds character, and is very important in my line of work as an actor, so only doing 2 teeth was what I wanted. Dr.Montgomery said we would be able to do the 2 front teeth and do minimal work on the bottom teeth to make good space for the bite of the new teeth, so that's what we ended up doing! I was so excited for the day be able to smile again, as my previous teeth were covered in composite material from being chipped over the years and the material was thick and discolored as you can see from the "Before" photo, with no luminescence whatsoever. So we started the journey of new teeth, and though there were some bumps along the way, Dr.Montgomery fixed any issues to make sure my smile was way better than we started with and was a very kind and open communicator. He is an excellent dentist, has a gentle demeanor, and has a good eye for what looks right and what doesn't. He knew we could get to a good final veneer that would look natural and the correct shape to fit my mouth, and that's what he did as you can see in the "After" photo! Thank you to Dr.Montgomery and his wonderful staff for their hard work (especially in the beginning of covid times when we finished my teeth - when extra safety measures were taken, and they were sweating in their hazmat suits but remaining happy and positive the whole time) They have the latest technology and expertise, so you can feel comfortable knowing you're in good hands with their team! The staff does everything thing they can to make sure you are feeling calm and comfortable- they even give you a blanket for the longer procedures! Dr.Montgomery is a man of his word and has incredible follow through, which is rare to find these days. If you're looking for a dentist (Tooth artist!) who has an amazing eye for detail, and an incredible skillset, look no further than Dr.Montgomery!

Dr. Montgomery and his staff are just fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. I was searching for a dentist to do veneers on just my 2 front teeth and he was highly recommended by a dentist friend of mine. I couldn't be happier with the results. They are very natural looking and no one would ever know they're veneers. Dr. Montgomery was patient with all my questions, has a very kind and gentle nature, and an eye for perfection. In my opinion, all are very important qualities when someone is working on your 2 front teeth! I'm so thankful to him for giving me my smile back!
