If you read the bad reviews I they all talk about how pricey thurs dentist is. I remember coming here years ago and was going to make another appointment when I remembered they charge so much for even just a cleaning.

I had a fantastic time coming at Monteray Park Dental. Melissa, Dr. Barooty, Cindy and Patty were all my favorite ones. They all Helped me cut off this big growing gums on my upper left of my mouth. I could not have thank them any more because they all helped me get rid of this horrible thing. Plus they provide me with a great support that I need by giving me medicine from the surgery that was done to me. Monetary Park dental never let me down I am so happy with my teeth in how the way it looks, can't wait for more procedures to make my smile and hygiene happy. I will be coming back to them again. Great work with the receptionist too they were all wonderful, very friendly.

I am doing Invisalign here. But I did not even get to talk to the doctor. A technician did everything. The doctor only signed the document. Don not do Invisalign here. The doctor won't take your case seriously because most of the money goes to the Invisalign company. They skipped many essential procedure. They did not check my teeth before they ordered the Invisalign for me. Right after they put on the attachments, one of my fixed teeth was broken again due to the high pressure of the water gun. So I have to re-order my Invisalign after I fix my teeth. Also, they have never showed me the image what my teeth will finally look like. Actually they did not even explain and negotiate with me after they got back the resolution form the Invisalign company. They just ordered the Invisalign without my consent directly. I tried to switch to another doctor, but they refused to return my money to me. I am struck here. Since I expressed my unhappiness with this place and tried to switch to doctor, the receptionists have been very mean to me. For example, I got 20 one-dollar bills for 20-dollar change, etc. Now I am already paid off a total of 5000 dollars according to the contract they designed, but my treatment is still not done yet. I am so worried about the final result.

Staff was very professional and welcoming. Doctor was great. Wait time was not long at all. They explained everything and gave me all my options for what I needed and what I could wait a little bit on.

I think most people don't like going to the dentist and I'm one of them. I have to say tho I highly recommend this dental office. I love the kind & knowledgeable hygienist Cindi & the staff that I've encountered are considerate & patient. This is the place to come to!

I came here for braces and had my regular dental visits here as well. The doctors I had been seen by did not care about me at all. All they cared about was money. They pressured me to get a procedure done that I did not need. (which at the time I really thought they were helping me). The front desk people at the time were very rude. (there are new nicer people now) but, It got to the point where I would walk in and no one greeted me nor did they offer to help me. One receptionist was so unbelievably rude and she made me miss 3 months worth of Ortho visits. Besides the rude receptionists, whenever I had an appointment, I was not seen until 45min- 1 hr after. I started going to another dentist just to avoid the rude receptionists and the doctors who did not show they cared about me. Melissa the dental assistant was the only person I encountered who made an effort to know my name and always greeted me even after I switched dentists. Melissa was very professional, helpful, and kind to me during these three years I had to come here. There is also very poor communication between the staff as well as poor communication from staff to patients. Im so happy I do not have to come here anymore. The only person I will miss is Melissa.

Great dentist. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed as well as a good energy from the front workers. Dental work is awesome. I got my braces here as well and it's been an amazing experience. Totally recommend.

Love this office! Had a lot of bad experiences at the last two dental offices I went to. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I came in for my first visit. Front staff if incredibly friendly and welcoming. I took advantage of the special on traditional braces an WOW they are so great about the entire process.

First visit they're great nice treat you with respect after some of them are mean rude really bad I seem how they talk to some patient and is not nice at all as soon as the patient leave they laugh and talk bad like if they don't have mirrors at home I ask to speak to the manager but no manager only assistance manager now I want to speak to the doctor but I wont ask because they probably won't let me

Worst dental office possible. They forgot to book appointments and submit insurance claims, make you wait even more for their faults. Avoid avoid avoid

Love this office very nice and clean. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. shout out to dr.Lin , David and Melissa! always very nice and attentive. They are very knowledgeable and never hesitate to be patient to explain any questions or concerns I may have. They're just awesome and have great sense of humors just make me feel comfortable at my visit for any procedure I'm going in for. I've been lucky to have Melissa and David assist with any procedure I've had done since day 1. Would recommend.

Nobody wants to go to the dentist, particularly big babies like myself. Is more extensive work than I anticipated, But it all went really well thank you to the entire staff and I believe it was doctor Bryant? The pricing was reasonable and almost nearly pain free.
