A native of Minco, OK, Dr. Monte Carel earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma in 1995, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002. In 2006, Dr. Carel opened his own practice in Mustang, OK.
