Dr. Monte Wheeler is a Northwest Arkansas native who graduated from Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, he continued his education at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in 1994. In 1995, Dr. Wheeler completed a General Practice Residency at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Afterward, he successfully completed an additional residency in Dental Implant Restoration with Mid-America Institute. Dr. Wheeler ensures that he is educated on the latest techniques and practices by annually attending Dental Continuing Education Courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northwest Arkansas Dental Society. Dr. Wheeler is committed to a lifetime of learning and continually seeks opportunities to further his knowledge and improve his skills.
In addition to a busy dental practice, Dr. Wheeler and his wife Shellystay busy with theirtwo children: Chloe and Mac.They also enjoy traveling, watching High School Sports, the Razorbacks, Bassfishing, hunting, and boating.

Well I went in and had 12 extractions The extractions went good but was not give anything for pain because I was already prescribed Tramadol by my primary. I am sorry but Tramadol maybe ok for one or 2 extractions not 12.

Dr. Wheeler and his staff are highly trained, very compassionate, and uses non evasive technique's to ease the pain. I'm a veteran and have been to several different dentist and Dr. Wheeler is by far the best.
