I was referred here from my dentist to get the lay of the land for what is going on with a few of my teeth. The assistant could not answer some of my introductory questions, but maybe she was new. The surgeon himself sort of laughed off my inquires about implants, as if I should have already known they weren't going to work for what I had going on (I didn't; that's why I was there, for information), claimed that my mouth was "full" of cavities, when I had just been to the dentist the previous week and had absolutely NO cavities. When I told him this, he said, "Well. I'm not a dentist." He didn't actually look in my mouth himself, just at the X-rays. When I was back at the dentist for a follow-up not long later, I mentioned the cavities comment. Yeah, still had no cavities. I'm sure they are capable on the actual dental surgery front, and the desk people were all very personable, but once you're back in the exam room... Well. There's something to be said for bedside manner.

I would definitely recommend this practice. I was in pain with a broken tooth. Dr. Fleischmann and his staff are exceptional. They squeezed me into an already full schedule with a smile and they did not make me feel like an imposition on their time. Every single person in this office is professional , but at the same time, fun and informative. I love doctors that like to teach as they go and include the patient in the process, instead of telling us what we are going to do. I would have them do all my dental work if I could.

They worked me into their full schedule when I explained I had a broken tooth. I was not even a patient of theirs. They took care of my immediate needs and since then they are taking care of my long term needs. The office staff of the oral surgeon I was using would not even ask the doctor if he could work me in, since it was an emergency. They said their doctors were very busy and I was looking 3 weeks out for an appointment. They didn't care if I was in pain!

I had a wonderful experience this time with oral surgery. All of the staff were very kind and Dr. Flashmein was very professional, kind and informative! Would recommend Montana Oral Surgery to everyone who asks. Five stars from me!

Dr. Fleischmann and his team are professional, and very good listeners. I felt no pain. I had a wisdom tooth extracted,, a bone graft, a sinus lift,, and an implant. Thank you to everyone.

Best experience ever. I was blown away with how amazing this facility is. Safety is their top priority. Everyone helped me to fell safe, uncomfortable and relaxed. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!

Wow, talk about a painless oral surgery experience! My rattled nerves were completely in vain. The entire staff (including Dr. Fleischmann) was very nice, accommodating, communicative, and calming to my high anxiety! Judging by the (post surgery) LACK of pain, swelling & bleeding, I'd say Dr. Fleischmann did an awesome job! Thank you so much MOS team, y'all are next level!

Its was amazing. The staff helped calm me down with my anxiety. But i had a much more experience then that. When i went completely under, i thought i felt the nurse grab my hands and held my hand through the whole procedure, But I asked her if she held my hand while I was under Anastasia and she told me no, so I know God grabbed both of my hands and held my hands the whole time because I was praying and i was prayin in the spirit and when i went completely under, i felt JESUS GRAB MY HANDS AND HELD ME. So this is an experience i will NEVER forget and it was at Montana Oral Surgery. Thank Y'ALL for yalls great help and i oray GOD'S PRESENCE WILL CONTINUE TO SHOW HIMSELF TO YALL N Y'ALLS PATIENTS, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN. AND THE OPERATION WENT PERFECTLY, THANK YOU JESUS. Perfect professionalism from the medical staff. Ran into a billing and insurance issue with office staff afterwards. This was due to a misunderstanding on insurance and the business being amidst an operating system switch that resulted in an unexpected bill afterwards. After some discussion we came to a fair and reasonable solution. I really appreciate the small town feel of this business being willing to work with their clients on issues like this when a larger corporation would leave you high and dry.

I have veins that like to run and hide. But he found one and I did not feel it at all. The staff was so nice, friendly, and fun. I would tell anyone to see them. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Other than the difficulty reaching them due to the phone setup, this was the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the front desk to the surgery chair.... They are amazing. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

My experience was all good, I just barely felt the needle and I didn't feel any pain at all. Jason did a very professional job and this is the next day and I just barely feel a little pain right now and it's all down hill from here on out, good job and Thank You people very much.
