They were very concerned about my pain level and were very gentle during the process. They were available throughout the weekend if I needed them after my procedure. I definitely recommend them!

My experience was really great. The staff and Dr. Simms were very helpful and explained everything to me for a future procedure I will have done. I would strongly recommend going to this office for any kind of oral procedure.

I had another excellent experience here. Dr Peretti and his staff were all very professional and exceedingly nice which helped me stay calm during the extractions. They even called the next day to make sure I was doing well. I would highly recommend this business to everyone.

I was sent to Montana oral health for my son that is autistic. I was told by his dentist they would be understanding and give him something to relax him before trying to stick q needle in him. On the first appointment I tried to explain this to the nurse and Dr with no avail. They set up surgery for about a month out. We went in knowing it wasn't going to work out, as I had told them it didn't. So they prescribed something and gave us an appointment for another month out. My son has been sitting unable to eat solid foods for that long all because they thought they knew more about my kid in 20 minutes then I do from the last 17 yrs . Very disappointing.

Dr and staff were excellent. They all did an amazing job of explaining the entire process and making me comfortable. The only issue I had was with scheduling. I called and left 2 messages requesting an appointment. It took a week to get a call back and over a month to get in to see the Dr. I don't know if the week delay in scheduling resulted in the length of time I had to wait or not but the scheduling process needs to be improved.

I was terrified to go to the dentist.... iv never had a good dentist experience, but this was CAKE! I got there and immediately was hooked up to oxygen, they put the IV in and next thing I knew they were waking me up! I didn't feel any part of the 3 teeth I had extracted! Hope all my future dental experiences are this easy! Thank u oral people!

Fantastic experience from referral to completed procedure. Dr. Simms and his team are skillfull and keep you relaxed. I've had issues with IV placement in the past, Dr. Sims had one placed in seconds without any issue. I recommend this team to anyone needing oral surgery.

Perfect professionalism from the medical staff. Ran into a billing and insurance issue with office staff afterwards. This was due to a misunderstanding on insurance and the business being amidst an operating system switch that resulted in an unexpected bill afterwards. After some discussion we came to a fair and reasonable solution. I really appreciate the small town feel of this business being willing to work with their clients on issues like this when a larger corporation would leave you high and dry.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Dr Simms was the best. He took time and explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on with me. I was really in know and what to expect going on when I left there. I would definitely return to this office if I needed to.

Very professional and the gals in the room when I had my wisdom teeth removed were very caring! I was very nervous as I hadn't been under anesthesia since I was a kid but they calmed me down! Thank you guys for the amazing treatment!
