They're a patient oriented practice and amazing with my children. They're ability to make the patient feel at ease and confident is why I trust them with my family dental care!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Mahmood and Monson Family Dentail to anyone looking for a patient-centered, thorough dentist. He is honest and compassionate.

I have been terrified of the dentist for years.... I desperately needed some dental work done and a friend recommended Dr Mahmoud so I said ok I'll give it a try.... I have seen him 3x now and he is absolutely fantastic he took his time with me explained everything and made sure I was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone even if you are fearful of dental work due to past experience this is the place to go!!! Thanks so much to everyone in his office

Dr. Mahmood was very throw, he had to extract my tooth. It didn't hurt at all. He told me what to expect he whole way through. Monson family dentist it's a great place to go, for great care. Thank you!!

At the moment, I am going to comment about my experience before my first appointment. I will later address my actual appointment. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely lovely. I was scheduled for an appointment days later, not weeks or months later. She was so great at her job. ( I believe/recall her name is Donna ). She acknowledged other family members of mine who had been patients, including my mother who passed two years ago, and offered condolences. How lovely. I'm scared....nope, terrified, of the dentist (who's not!) And have put it off for years, but I'm confident things will do well next Tuesday!

Dr. Mahmood is a young dentist, this is his first practice. He has GREAT skills, I'm 64 and dentists scare me. All those shiny sharp objects, long needles, and yes, the pain... not a pleasant situation. But he is a good communicator, he knows how to use novacaine (if you want the numbing option) and he pays attention to details. He is also good to the staff.

Dr. Mahmood and his staff are wonderful. This is coming from someone with very high anxiety about dental work. 10/10 would recommend.

Just went in for an extraction. Have a raging tooth infection. The guy does the x-rays, and we're all set to go ahead with extracting the tooth. He then stops to tell me that he can't "run my MassHealth" because of "everything going on", so I'll have to pay in cash, that day, and when "everything gets back to normal', I can have MassHealth reimburse me. I've never heard of such a thing. I'm out of work, and homeless. If I had the cash to pay for a Dentist visit I wouldn't need the MassHealth. I called Palmer Dental and told them what happened and they said that what he told me makes no sense, and they'll be able to run my MassHealth no problem. So now I have an appointment with them. Edit: One thing I forgot to mention. The tooth in question is broken in half. It split vertically, like a piece of cord wood. The interior of the tooth is completely exposed. It was plainly obvious to anyone with common sense that it needed to be removed. Yet this guy tried to sell me on a root canal! He says, "There are two options. We could do a root canal to try and save the tooth, or extract it." The fact that he even suggested a root canal for a tooth that is broken completely in half, with the nerve exposed and the core of the tooth full of decay is absolutely ridiculous! This is the first time I've ever left a review for any business. This guy was so shady, though, that I felt I had to. I just couldn't believe the words coming out of his mouth. The former owner of Monson Dental was great. He was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. My experience with Dr. Mahmood was the complete opposite. I see other reviews that people have left that are quite positive. So I'm a bit confused by that. I don't know if the guy saw me as someone he could take advantage of,while using the COVID-19 situation as an excuse for not being able to accept my insurance, or what. I can only imagine how much cash he'd want up front for a useless Root Canal....

I will say I'm not a fan of a dentist! However today I needed to get a filling and let me tell you what. I've never been treated so well in my life. Extremely professional and exceptional bed side manners. I'm very impressed with them.

Been seeing Dr. Baker for about 1 year now and have such a great experience I just had to follow him to his great new location! I am super nervous about going to the dentist because I have had quite a few bad experiences in the past but after referred to Dr. Baker and having such a great experience many visits all my fears have gone away. I have dealt with my enamel wearing away on my teeth hating my smile for years now, no other dentist gave me the options that Dr. Baker did and now I am very happy with my smile. I would definitely recommend Dr. Baker you won't be disappointed.
