Dr. Engel completed his dental training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. After receiving his dental degree, he attended a two-year specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. At an acclaimed Childrens Hospital, Montefiore allowed Dr. Engel to work alongside some of the greatest minds in pediatric dentistry and pediatric medicine.
Dr. Engel completed his board certification in early 2008, earning him diplomate status in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. As a diplomate, Dr. Engel is recognized as one of the elite specialists in his field.
Through his training, Dr. Engel has developed a systematic approach to dealing with children and patients with special needs. Working with parents and caregivers, he creates a treatment approach appropriate for each and every individual child.
Dr. Engel holds a specialty license in pediatric dentistry from New Jersey and New York. He also has attained sedation certification, which allows for in-office oral sedation options, and hes on staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. As an attending pediatric dentist at HUMC, Dr. Engel retains operating room privileges, allowing for an array of treatment modalities and anesthesia options.
OrthodontistDr. Adam Schulhof, DMDtakes pride in seeing his patients have beautiful and healthy smiles. Dr. Schulhof graduated with high honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and received his specialty training from Columbia University.
His early interest in lingual orthodontics has led to him becoming the top provider for Incognito in the U.S. and the world. Dr. Schulhof was part of the LingualCare Clinical Advisory Board and is now a Key Opinion Leader for 3M and Incognito. He has presented lectures on lingual orthodontics throughout the U.S. and worldwide. Dr. Schulhof is also active in research and development and was a major contributor to the development of Incognito Lite.
