Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Recommended implant extraction and bone restoration. Went to another dentist and was offered lazer treatment for bone regrowth which is less expensive and non invasive and will allow me to keep the implant. Not as modern as the name states. Probably don't have treatment available. Also staff never got back to me on price of extraction although I called twice. Save your money and go somewhere else where they have more modern technology available and the staff is efficient.

In summary: do yourself a favor and don't go there. Worst dental clinic I've ever been to. Unprofessional staff. Dentist did thorough exam, but pushed for unnecessary dental work. staff pushed for deep cleaning and at first refused to do my semi-annual basic cleaning. It was a bad experience by all means.

It was my first time here today. Firstly, front staff is very friendly. The x-ray tech was very personable, and Dr. Kim was also very nice and communicative. Been to a few other dentists before and everyone was always rude, so customer service was a biggie for me. I like that they don't try to push you to get things you don't need, and if they do recommend a certain treatment, they advise you it is not urgent and can be done at a later time. I luckily only needed a cleaning done at this time, but it went great. Not painful when they were doing the deep cleaning. The exam itself was very thorough, and you can tell the equipment is up to date and new. The office itself is very clean, not dingy or outdated like other places. Overall great experience and happy to be sending my family here.

The worst dentistry I've ever been. Just waisted my time. My appointment was for regular cleaning and they refused to provide me a regular cleaning, because i had deep cleaning in my record previously. In fact i did regular cleaning last time with them. Folks be careful with that type of dentistries, they are ripping off clients by pushing you to buy unnecessary services.

My mother visited this office for an extraction with the oral surgeon. Although informed by the surgeon that she would be receiving a prescription for pain medicine and antibiotics, the prescription for pain medicine was never sent to the pharmacy and she suffered tremendous pain for two days following her surgery. We attempted to contact the office and did not hear back from them. This is no way a patient should be treated.

My visit here was the best dental experience I've ever had (and I've had MANY). I came in because I had a root canal done 3 times on the same tooth and it got infected for a 4th time. They saw me right after I called to see if they were taking patients, and the staff is amazing!! The ladies there really went out of their way to help me. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with my insurance company for almost an hour trying to get my insurance authorization. The dentist came in and saw me right away, she knew exactly what was wrong and referred me to a specialist for surgery. Even the x-ray tech was friendly, professional, and personable. The office was clean, they have plenty of parking and it's next door to Walgreens so that's convenient. I don't think I could ever find another dentist as great as this one!!

Horrible customer service! For the most part they are all rude and careless. It's obvious that you have to have great insurance or money to get serviced here. I don't understand why that attitude. Keep looking for another dentist guys.
