Sari Klerer, DMD, PA Dr. Sari Klerer is committed to providing her patients with the best gentle and compassionate dental care. She graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a degree in dentistry and subsequently completed a general practice residency program at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr. Klerer joined Dr. David Rabinowitz in 2003 in private practice as an associate and bought the practice in 2009. She lectures frequently on contemporary topics in dentistry and participates in many health fairs in the community. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Klerer is also involved in the Middlesex County Dental Society. She attends regular continuing dental education courses on present topics in dental care. Dr. Klerer resides in Middlesex County, New Jersey, with her husband and four children.
David Rabinowitz, DDS Dr. David Rabinowitz graduated from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland. He then interned for two years with the United States Army. He has been practicing in this area for over 35 years and has been at the present location for over 25 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association and the Middlesex County Dental Society. He was on staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and has lectured on geriatric dentistry at many hospitals and study clubs in New Jersey, as well as the annual convention of the New Jersey Dental Association. He resides with his wife in East Brunswick and between them have seven children and many grandchildren. If you have been to our office, you know his hobby is photography.
Darya Office Manager Darya completed her Bachelor of Science degree in economics and marketing through CUNY College of Staten Island before joining our team in 2018. She is extremely passionate about the work we do here at Monroe Smiles, and loves to see the smiles of her patients and our team every day. Darya is inspired by her mom, who is extremely knowledgeable, super patient and a one-of-a-kind best friend.
In her time away from the office, Darya enjoys spending time with her husband and children. They love being together and making each other laugh, and enjoy traveling, exploring new places and cooking as a family.
Dana Front Desk Dana joined Monroe Smiles in 2019, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She loves the women she works with in our office and their genuine care for others, and seeing our patients when they come in always makes her day.
Outside the office, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She also loves reading and can sit out in the sun for hours with a good book. She has found that the best advice she was ever given is, Change can be scary, but you know whats scarier? Allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving and progressing.
Donna Registered Dental Hygienist Donnas high school health teacher suggested that she pursue a career in the health field. As Donna was desperately afraid of going to the doctor but loved visiting the dentist, the choice was obvious. She went on to earn her associate degree of applied science in dental hygiene and has been with Monroe Smiles for over 27 years. Donna loves finding ways to motivate her patients to improve their oral health and seeing them succeed in achieving beautiful smiles. When not in the office, Donna enjoys decorative painting, paper crafts and traveling.
Jill Registered Dental Assistant Jill always wanted to work in a healthcare profession and attended Middlesex County College for her certificate in clinical expanded functions. She has been with our team as a registered dental assistant for many years and loves the people she works with.
Linda Dental Assistant Linda has been with Monroe Smiles over 17 years and has a certificate in dental radiology. She loves the interactions she has with our patients and finds great satisfaction in seeing them leave our office with a happy smile.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, and the new renovated office is stunning. This office really make you feel comfortable at all of your cleanings and procedures. I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Dr. Klerer and hygienist Donna for 10 years and will continue to go for the excellent attention to their patients and overall quality of services.

A great place to have your dental needs attended to. I have been visiting this dental practice since the age of five (over 45 years). I also had the privilege of having my children grow up using Dr Rabinowitz as their dentist. When Dr. Klerer joined the practice, I was hesitant because she was new, but she earned out trust and has continued with the same high-level care that we have always experienced. You won't be disappointed with the committed, professional staff, and care that you will receive at Monroe Smiles. The new office renovations are fantastic and have made all of the spaces look, and feel, great.

I have been coming here ever since I was a kid like before it was called Monroe Smiles. And everyone knows me and it's always great to see everyone when I come. It makes it very easy to come when I get nervous cause I know everyone here is super nice and careful during my visits and checkups. I love the environment and everyone here. Come visit!!!!

I just moved into Monroe and had a very bad tooth ache . The were able to schedule me for an appointment . Dr. Klerer explained the problem and the procedure . They followed up with a call to see how I was doing the next day,. I was great to be called by my name. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this dental office . Very friendly and professional staff .

I have been going to Dr. Sari Klerer for many years now. I have to say she is the best! Not only is she very professional and amazing at what she does, she also makes me feel so comfortable and is always making sure she is doing what is best for me. The place looks AMAZING! So clean and modernized. The equipment is top of the line and she has the most welcoming and joyful staff. I am very pleased to have such a terrific experience every time. If I end up moving away I may have to come back to Monroe just to get my cleaning because I won't trust anywhere else:)

I had the best experience at Monroe Smiles!!! I just got my lip fillers and Botox with Dr Klerer, and I'm obsessed. I was initially nervous about the injections and she really made me feel at ease. The office is impeccable and super clean, they take all necessary precautions, especially during the pandemic. Thank you Dr Klerer for enhancing my beauty and making me feel so rejuvenated. Can't wait to be back.

Had severe tooth pain all night long and could not get any sleep. I called my regular dentist and he said he could not work me in to his schedule for three days. I contacted Monroe Smiles and they worked me in to their schedule as an emergency with in one hour of calling them. Dr. Klerer was great. She explained everything that needed to done and did a tooth extraction on the spot. I have no more pain and I also have a great new dentist that I am sure will always be there when I need her.

Wondering office, great staff, and Dr. Klerer really took the time to go over a treatment plan with me. Got my first root canal there and it went perfectly. I would definitely recommend this office!

I have been looking for a good dentist for myself and my family and I am delighted to have found Dr. Klerer!! She is very detailed and professional. Her staff and herself are extremely friendly and and they do an amazing job! The office is impecable which means a great lot to me. The overalll atmosphere of the office is top notch. Both me and my son had a great experience at our appointments and I am scheduling my husband as well. I absolutely recommend Dr. Klerer!
