The exam was very professional I have high anxiety and she made it so pleasant for me and explained everything as we went and the pain I suffered for so long due to anxiety and not going to get seen is finally gone.. Thank you!

Had the worst tooth pain for two days and could not eat or drink. I called every place from Monroe to Middletown and no would see me. I called Monroe Dental and from the pleasant helpful voice I was told I could come over immediately. Before I could get there I received an email with the check in forms and was seated and taken care of right away. So thankful to their promptness! Thank you

I had an appointment for a couple of procedures, but due to traffic I arrived a few minutes late, so they didn't take me for anything.

Super unprofessional took me stalking them to get my referral! Then they sent it wrong! Basically told me they are to busy to fix it for me since no one wants to work and she's just single handled that they can no longer help me with my own referral! Ridiculous. Made a comment that my oral surgeon should be smart enough for figure out what teeth need to be done.

Worst dental office I have ever been to. Highly unprofessional. Office is not clean, poor communication and good luck getting your records transferred.

Excellent service, on time n speedy efficient work. Super friendly and professional staff made it in late accidentally showing up at another location and they managed to squeeze me in and did all my procedures in 4 hours since I live in Queens. Felt nervous but they were great. Receptionist was super sweet and helpful thank you girl...Lilly was a gem thru all my silly miscommunication and planning got more work to do and will be back.

My first time there, was absolutely an amazing experience. My Dental hygienist was amazing, was very gentle very nice kind and very informative she gave me a lot of advice she recommended a lot of things and she was very knowledgeable she definitely knew what she was doing she made me feel very comfortable the dentist was very nice as well very kind guy he knew what he was talking about. Even the front Dess woman was nice she set up my next appointments and she also recommended where I should get braces, and gave me a lot of information including information about my insurance and what they approve and what they don't approve. I can't wait for my next visit.
