Dr. Mike has always been extremely creative and when he realized he could take his creativity and harness it into doing cosmetic dentistry it sealed his fate. Being an innate perfectionist, dentistry is the perfect field for him. He loves to make the perfect smile for his patients; both aesthetically and functionally. As well as practicing dentistry, Dr. Mike is sought after by the dental community to lecture and train other Dentists and Specialists across the US. His expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Occlusion, alongside his ability to explain complex dentistry in more simplified teachings, is paving the way for dentists across the US to perform high quality dentistry for their patients as well.

Dr. Mike started out as a biology major at Towson University in Maryland. He studied hard to get into the best dental program at the best dental school. He had his heart set on Temple University School of Dental Medicine and was elated to be accepted.

Dr. Mike treated patients at Temple University Dental Clinic for two years, spending his free time at outreach clinics throughout Pennsylvania where he helped people from underprivileged communities. During his tenure at Temple, he completed and obtained his certification in Invisalign clear aligners.

Dr. Mike completes hundreds of hours of continuing education every year and is passionate about learning the best techniques in dentistry. He strives to learn about specialty areas, which means fewer procedures that he needs to refer to specialists. This means lower cost and aggravation for patients and the comfort of staying in the hands of the dental professional you know and trust.

Training under one of the top cosmetic dentists in the world, Dr. Frank Spear, Dr. Mike frequently travels to Arizona to attend his lectures and is a part of a small, elite faculty club where he works alongside Dr. Spear in hands-on workshops to learn the techniques and procedures Dr. Spear is known for. Dr. Mike has also created training and presentations for his peers in dentistry and is sought after by various organizations within the industry.

Dr. Mike grew up in Voorhees, NJ. After living in Philadelphia for a few years he married his college sweetheart, Jess, and they settled down in Marlton to start a family. They now have a son and daughter who are the joy of their lives.

When Dr. Mikes not in the office, he enjoys spending time with the family, going to Phillies and Eagles games, making and sampling great wines, and teaching dentistry to future dentists and peers. He also sponsors local athletic teams, and donates time, products and resources to help with team and booster club fund raising. He is also a big believer in helping those in need. An active member of City of Hope, Special Olympics and various other organizations, Dr. Mike does whatever he can to give back and help those less fortunate.

Having grown up around dental professionals, Dr. Dave was always interested in the art and science of creating smiles and maintaining good oral health. He has been practicing dentistry since 2003 when he started at the NYU Faculty Club Clinic. Two years later he became a partner and cosmetic dentist at Monokian Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a member of the Peer Review committee of New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Dave enjoys being an integral part of his patients' positive dental experiences, and takes great pride in his work. His natural ability to calm and soothe during various dental procedures has patients continuing to trust in the care they receive. When not in the office, Dr. Dave attends hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education - including Spear Education - which keeps him abreast of the current research and techniques needed to provide high quality dentistry. This has enabled him to do complex cosmetic procedures with a high degree of success. His patients appreciate the way he clearly explains even the most involved procedures, which in turn allows them to make confident decisions about their treatment.

Dr. Dave is an Elite Invisalign Provider, and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry, TMJ therapy, and implant procedures. His work and contributions to dentistry have been recognized by numerous associations, and he was recently elected President of the Southern Dental Society of New Jersey.

Dr. Dave graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and completed a residency program in Brooklyn where he received additional training in oral surgery. He is involved in hundreds of hours of continuing education covering topics such as cosmetic dentistry and implants. Dr. Dave enjoys taking these classes in order to stay on top of the latest advancements in dentistry. In this way he can treat his patients with confidence and predictability

Dr. Harry H. Monokian has been practicing dentistry for 35 years. With a strong interest in the medical field, as well as working with his hands, he found that the dental profession suited him perfectly, right from the beginning. His passion to restore and maintain patients dentition for their lifetimes continues to evolve every single day. With a dedication to keep growing within the dental field, he feels extremely fortunate to be able to help people achieve the oral health they deserve.

Dr. Harry began his education at Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina and then went to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He received a Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry, which is an award that exemplifies his responsibility to remain current in the profession. It also symbolizes his lifelong pursuit of continuing education in order to provide the highest quality of dental care to his patients. Out of 37,000 members of the Academy of General Dentistry, approximately 1,000 have gone on to receive this Mastership.

Dr. Harry grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and has been living in Voorhees, New Jersey since 1984. Hes been married for 38 years to his college sweetheart, Cindy, and they have two sons, Dr. David and Dr. Mike. They all work together, which keeps them constantly challenged to improve their practice in every way. Additionally, Dr. Harry and his wife have two wonderful daughters and five amazing grandchildren. When he is not working, Dr. Harry can usually be found on the golf course or spending time with his family.

Dr. Mayher has earned a reputation as both an excellent clinician and a provider of extraordinary patient care. He's appreciated for how well he listens, and how he helps put even nervous patients at ease.

Dr. Mayher graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in biology in 1974, and received his DMD from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry in 1978. Prior to private practice, he served as a dental officer in the US Navy Dental Corps in Norfolk, Virginia.

In 1985 he opened a family practice of general dentistry in Haddonfield. In late 2018 his practice became part of Monokian Dentistry. He is also a Clinical Associate in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Mayher co-chaired the Academy of General Dentistrys National Outreach project in June 2012, where 325 patients in West Philadelphia received pro bono dental services at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He was also a member of the New York City Dental ID Team following the September 11 attacks.

Dr. Mayher and his wife, Elaine, reside in Mt. Laurel, NJ. They have 3 daughters, Lauren, Kristin, and Megan. He is grateful to his family of friends and patients from Haddonfield and surrounding communities, and looks forward to many more years of service.
