Place is run very unprofessional. I have called in 4 times for an appointment and every time someone picks up they say they will call me back to make an appointment but no one ever calls.

I had the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. I would recommend them to anyone. I did not think my teeth would ever look this good. Its truly amazing. I have been to dentists in red bank and this place was superior for me. The best dentist is in the monmouth mall!!

They Dentist cleaned my teeth for about a minute waited for about a hour every time you make a appointment it is two months away if you have a emergency you can forget it they will still give you a appointment a month away they don't have a hygienist

They Dentist cleaned my teeth for about a minute waited for about a hour every time you make a appointment it is two months away if you have a emergency you can forget it they will still give you a appointment a month away they don't have a hygienist

I never write reviews but I have to say this was the worst dental experience ever. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing and the dentists themselves do not communicate with you. I was basically denied service due to the fact that I told them I was not happy with one of the dentists in the practice. Dr Shin could barely speak english and even with prior records mis diagnosed my issue. The other dentist refused to see me even though I had made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. There is no hygenist in the office and all in all just a horrible experience. I regret I even tried them based on my insurance. Please save yourself future dental work for mistakes and do not go here.
