Excellent as usual. Been going here for 15 years. Dr Rao and staff are amazing. Wonderful bedside manner and forever welcoming. The best as far as I'm concerned.

I love love love Dr Rao there are not enough words to describe her expertise her professionalism and how wonderful of a person she is ! I was referred to Dr Rao after a traumatic experience with a prior dentist and without hesitation Dr Rao saw me immediately. Prior to seeing her I was very anxious and in a great deal of pain . After meeting with Dr Rao she instantly put me to ease she calmly explained why I was in so much pain and made sure I understood my options . She referred me to an expert oral surgeon and reassured me I would be ok ! A few days after meeting with Dr Rao I received a call from her. I will never forget that call she was so compassionate and caring . She said I am just calling to check on you making sure your going ok hoping the nerve pain you are experiencing is starting to subside. I can only say as painful as my first experience was with a particular dentist my experiences with Dr Rao have been one blessing after the other Dr Rao is the best ! I also have to mention her staff each one of them are so professional and caring . My hygienist Vanessa is an angel from heaven . Thank you again Dr Rao and staff

I have been going to Dr Monica Rao for over 15 years for all my dental needs. Her and her staff are friendly and extremely competent. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone seeking both dental maintenance and more specialized work when your teeth get older like mine!

I had my first scaling and root planning visit today at Dr. Raos office with Venessa. It was so worth the time and nervousness I felt. I felt no pain and was so comfortable during the process. Venessa educated and walked me through the whole process as we went. I now realize the seriousness of flossing daily. People don't realize the older we get the worse our teeth are. I'm not 18 years old anymore, therefore, I need to realize how this is now my plan of treatment for good hygiene. I am a very nervous patient, but I also value my dental hygiene and always have. I can't wait to complete my other side of my mouth and continue, faithfully with my cleanings every 3 months. Thank you Dr. Rao's office and lots of love to Venessa. She was amazing!!!

in my 50 years of gallivanting on this earth I have never had such a cathartic experience like I did at Dr Rao's practice. She's professional, friendly, easy to converse with & made you feel welcome. She is an EPIC HUMAN BEING AND DENTIST.. Her hygienist Sarah was equally epic. Very friendly explains everything and they actually show genuine interest in each person they interact with. Dr Rao and her staff have played a HUGE integral role in our family's dental health and maintenance. I, myself had suffered years of dental anxiety, and struggled to find a dentist that would HEAR and FEEL my fears. Literally from day one, Dr Rao sat with me, listened to me, heard and acknowledged my fears. She worked with me to get a plan of action that would meet my dental needs AT MY SPEED AND COMFORT!! She knew instinctively that I would need to go slow, and build trust in order to complete procedures for my dental health. Dr Rao was with me every step of the way, at my pace, with reassurance, encouragement, and caring. We have a long standing relationship, I trust her implicitly, and I follow her recommendations to the T. I know that she and her staff have my best interests at heart, and will support me whenever needs arise. She's not just my dentist, she's my FRIEND!! She is an absolutely amazing woman, and the best dentist I have ever experienced! I couldn't give her and her staff high enough marks, they're off the charts!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every single person I talked to was so friendly and sweet. The hygienist and doctor were both incredible. They made me feel at ease and for the first time in 7 years I truly feel like I am getting the treatment I've so desperately needed. When I left, I felt like I finally found my dental family. I look forward to my next appointment. I would 100% recommend this office.
