She explained the procedures of paying, creating appointments, and helped explain the reason for my most recent appointment. I usually hate going to the dentist.. dread it actually.. but I felt super comfortable here. My mouth is in a little pain... but that's my fault. This will for sure become my regular dentist!

Awsome professional dentist. Very nice and polite staff i feel in good hands here. Just recently came here as a new patient. Had a cleaning done few fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction Everything went smooth. Thank you so much dr. Puentes and staff :)

Dr.Puentes is amazing!! She is gentle professional, and honest. Through the years, I have been her patient and I appreciate her flexibility in scheduling when I have had emergencies and unforeseen visits. She always took care of my concerns, and gave me options. I will also say that I've never had to wait extended times, which is super appreciated! I basically check in and in no time, I'm out. Dr Puentes takes the time to listen to me and at the same time, she has eased my fears of dentists as she is friendly and caring,which is rare these days. I that! When I walk in, I'm treated like family. Her staff is also friendly, and prompt to get back to you whenever you call. Dr. Puentes is the best! Go on, and make the switch, you will be happy you did. ! !
