Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Duarte attended The University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA. After 13 years in office, Dr. Duarte still loves being able to come to a practice that doesn't feel like work, a practice where staff and patients help create a family environment with trust and compassion.
Of all the fulfillments that dentistry has to offer, her biggest joy is getting the chances to improve her patients smiles while promoting dental health. For her, it is important to consistently provide caring, quality, and comprehensive treatments for all of her patients. Passionate about staying on top of this ever-changing field, Dr. Duarte routinely attends the latest education courses and is an active member of the Spears Continuing Education Program as well other dental study groups.
With 25 years in the dental field, Jennifer truly is an expert at what she does. From addressing dental concerns and treatments to planning financial steps, Jennifer works hard to ensure your visit to our office is an efficient and simple one. She understands the complexity of insurance to quickly help clarifying coverage and recommend the best options for you. Continuously updating her knowledge in higher education, she strives to maximize our offices potential with excellent services and care.
Bringing more than 20 years of dental hygiene skills, Michelle is committed to providing every patient with exceptional dental hygiene care and periodontal therapy. In her chair, you are her number one priority. Enchanted with a soothing personality and an ability to connect, she instantly makes you feel at ease and readily guides you through a pleasant experience. Armed with current industry knowledge and technologies, Michelles goal is to help you achieve excellent dental health and the beautiful smile for a lifetime.
Graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Silicon Valley Career Technical Education in 2014, Jasleen is now proudly a certified RDARegistered Dental Assistant. Being Dr. Duartes right-hand woman, she is friendly and attentive to every patient's needs. Your comfort through an effective procedure is always on top of her mind. If there is anything to enhance your session, don't ever hesitate to let Jasleen know.
Always interested in the dental field from a very young age, Anissa joined a dental assistant education program and started internship at Dr. Duarte's office during high school years. She now helps run front desk and all things operational since her graduation. Responsible and flexible, she is always eager to help everyone. Anissa plans to continue her education and become a dental hygienist in the near future.

Dr. Monica Duarte and her staff have been amazing. I've been at their practice for YEARS and have been following her as she moved locations. They're always the nicest people (all of them), they've never had a scheduling issue (they can accommodate my rescheduling needs and have never made a schedule error), I've never had any issues with any dental work here (a crown replacement and few cavity fillings), and you can tell they CARE about their patients! I got my wife, sister and her husband to start going here!

Dr. Duarte is an extremely competent, attentive, thorough, caring dentist. Michele, her hygienist is also extremely competent, thorough, and caring. The office staff is welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful dental office! I've been treated by Dr. Duarte since she took over for Dr. Bloom. She is very caring and compassionate and truly wants what is best for you as an individual. I wouldn't get my dental work done anywhere else. Her staff is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff and the dentist is great. They set up an amazing dental plan for me. I have bern going thru dental procedures since i was 16 and can say Dr. Duarte really wants the best for your teeth and will recommend what she thinks will be best for you. I had to postpone treatments for insurance and finances to be available and they were patient with me and understanding.

Dentist is great!! However the woman who administers this practice is a bully! I missed two appointments (which i cancelled by phone) due to a severe and very unfortunate family crisis and received an email to say we were dismissed from the practice!! Life happens!! She behaved the same way earlier in the year when we were cut off due to extreme weather... Don't use this place unless you are prepared to be 100% committed to putting your dental treatment above all else in your life including death and severe injury!!

Dr. Monica and her staff are excellent. I started going to this office about 25 years ago when it was Dr. Bloom's practice. Dr. Duarte took over the practice a few years ago. I'm glad Michelle, the hygienist, stayed with the office! She's excellent, too. Dr. Duarte is very competent and caring dentist. She's very helpful to my wife, son, and me. She has always gone the extra mile for us when we needed it. Because of her and Michelle, I look forward to going to the dentist!
